Wow, the people at Elite Island Resorts are absolutely amazing. They went absolutely above and beyond for my wife and I. We were supposed to Honeymoon in March 2020, but then obviously Covid happened. Elite Island Resorts was SO helpful, kind, and efficient in helping us switch plans. Everyone we talked to was incredible. So kind and helpful. We have to give a very big shout out to Sincia, though. She brings customer service to an amazingly high level. I couldn't imagine the process being this seamless, especially given Covid, with any other company/people.

They donate "certificates" to non-profits for free vacations. They are NOT free. I bid over a $1000 for a free stay in Antigua at the Pineapple Beach Resort to find out that there was a surcharge of $120 pp/per day that I had to pay on top of that in addition to the airfare. Besides what I bid on the vacation, I would have had to dish out another $4000 for the room and airfare costs. They make the non-profits look bad and are trying to coerce the recipients into buying overpriced vacations because they've already dished out a ton of money to get the room. Why can't companies just do honest business anymore?

Great customer service! We had a problem with our airline not having our flight confirmed and were unable to flight out on our scheduled day. Had to leave a message because they were closed for the night. We got a call first thing the next morning and they were able to figure out a new flight, same day. Trip saved!

We have previously enjoyed stays at Galley Bay, but on booking this year I note that my wife and I are seated on different rows in all of the flights booked for us. The UK office is unable to help us, and after 10 minutes the US phone lines cut off, both times. Email requests go in answered.

I am disappointed at the poor customer service letting down what was (at least previously) a very nice hotel.

I had to cancel my reservations because of COVID. I have been waiting 3 months for a refund and they keep stringing me along. I initially scheduled my vacation in the Fall of 2019 for March 2020. I rescheduled my March 2020 vacation to July 2020 because of COVID. Delta airlines cancelled our July flights because of COVID, so I went ahead and asked Elite for a refund. They were a bit hesitant at first, but then I was assured that it would't be a problem. That was in the middle of May 2020. I was pawned off onto Cheri Selfridge to take over my case. Between May and August, I have had to call and email NUMEROUS times to get Cheri or ANYONE to call me back. The few times I got through to Cheri, she assured me that it was still being processed and wouldn't be too much longer. She told me on July 15 2020 that it should only be another 3 weeks. I tried to reach her on August 17 2020 for an update to no avail. After some internet sleuthing, I found the director of Sales, Mark Grebby and John Cather and sent them an email begging for help. John responded and said that Cheri had expedited my refund and that it should be in my account in 10 days. He apologized and said "it is a very consuming process". It's been over 3 months!!!!!! How hard is it to refund my money? So, now it's been 11 days since that last email!! Today is August 28 2020. I left Cheri a voicemail today requesting an update. She did call back and said there was basically nothing she could do, it was in accounting's hands and that everyone at the company knew about my issue and that it's still being processed. I am now in the process of contacting Linda Salzberg, the manager of accounting. Elite Island Vacations owes me $2012.50. I am at my wits end. I don't know what to do from here. Their customer service was great when I was booking my vacation. As soon as COVID hit, their customer service went down the toilet. Getting ahold of anyone is harder than pulling teeth. They are very unprofessional and not trustworthy.

My family and I were slated to visit St Lucia in the month of June 2020. Based upon the pandemic and restriction, we areuare to go. Elite Island Resorts refused to give me back my deposit and shared that they would keep my deposit on file for 18 months for me to travel yet; with some restrictions. It's disgusting that this company would want to profit off of anyone during this pandemic. Unfortunately I don't know what 18 month holds and I'm not certain I'll even be employed in 18 months. Beware of this company as they are only about profit and not the consumer

I cannot express enough gratitude towards the staff at Elite Island Resorts. They have been bending over backwards to adapt to the ever changing conditions that are present today. Whether is is a hotel issue, an airline issue or a traveler issue. Sheri and Kiersten have been fantastic. I look forward to working with Elite Island on many future trips.

Not to be trusted. Booked into wrong room, paid for ocean front got stuck in the back of the resort, holiday weekend, no one in office. When did get through to office four days later, they refused to make the change and were horribly abusive. Vacation ruined.

Great experience with booking. Spoke to Yvette in reservations when I booked an early date by mistake that had already passed when I figured it out. Yvette spoke to her manager and they were very accommodating despite my mistake with the booking dates. Brilliant customer service and beautiful hotel in Barbados.
