The atmosphere is fantastic, but the place is getting run down and tired and worn.
The menu look fantastic, the food was average at best.
The service was mediocre. They were not that busy and the waitperson was slow and the kitchen was slower.
Bottom line, there's better dinner value for your money in the Polaris area than BRIO.
Excellent service, calm atmosphere and the food was wonderful.
Great waiter! Great food. Great hostess. Great ambiance.
Elegant dining experience. Wait staff was patient and accommodating.
The service was great and the support giving during our event warrant me recommending Brio to others who want to cater an event.
Quick service and everyone was happy with their food
Used to love this place but service not what it used to be. Food menu needs to improve.
Very good pricing for excellent food. Waitress was extremely kind and attentive to us and our needs. Large variety of wine selection, non-alcoholic drinks are available. We went for dinner at 5 and got all of our food in a timely manner.
Very good food and attention, comfortable facilities, somewhat high prices
I ordered lasagna & it looked & tasted awful. I took mine home & had to dare my husband to try it since it looked so bad.
Outstanding food & great service. Certainly better than most "chain" restaurants.
I have eaten at Brio many times at Easton and have been pleased.
Brio at Polaris severely dissappointed today. We were having a 50th Anniversary party and chose Brio to place orders for take out for everyone. I stopped in the day before and asked if we called an order in and set a designated time for pick up could they accommodate us. They said absolutely. Anniversary party started and no food was prepared when we went to pick it up. They said they never received the order but somehow could tell us exactly what we ordered. Dinner was held up and we received salad for 1 person only. Needless to say, not happy with our experience.
I m really confused about the reviews on this place. I ve been twice and both times it was meh. Our pasta was dry, the calamari was mostly pieces of some type of hot pepper and it s moderately pricey. You don t even get salad with your dinner. Although the interior was beautiful and clean I ll take Olive Garden over this place any day. Two of our three plates were dirty but they did take them. We were never offered anymore bread either. For their prices, I wasn t impressed at all.
The wait staff is rude and the portions have gotten much smaller while the prices have gone way, way up.
Over priced for average tasting food. Service is always good, but not worth paying $70 for a family of 4 (2 adult meals, 2 kid meals) when nobody really cared for their meal.
I visited for a rehearsal dinner and everything was fantastic! There is an elevator to the second floor, which was a big plus when you have a large stroller. Food was perfect and the service was excellent. Friendly and professional servers and bartenders.
Very good service...Chicken marsala was very good as well!
Great place to meet friends for a drink while shopping. Our server Dylan was amazing. Very attentive and answered all of our questions. He catered to 4 middle aged women on a shopping weekend.
We hosted a graduation celebration and the staff was friendly, responsive and the organization and communication prior to the event was excellent. Food is always top-notch!
I'm impressed! Table service and food presentation was excellent. Felt like we were in a 5 star restaurant. Food was very good too. We'll be back!
Good food. Server seemed to be annoyed with us or having to be there in general. Quick and clean.
Elegant fine Italian dining. Prompt and friendly service. Ample seating. We'll appointed bar.
Excellent decor. Food was cold at graduation party.
Brio is like going to a slightly more casual Bravo. This location gives that impression inside, however eschews that detail from the outside. The valet parking and high end car dealership promo lot out front, though for Polaris Mall at large, creates the impression that the restaurant is quite swanky. Like fur coat swanky. . . Great attentive polite staff. Food is always top class :-)
The place was beautiful and our server was good. The food however was not 5 star. My food came out cold. Both my grandchildren got sick shortly after eating here. I ordered chicken marsala and it was stone cold.
Brio has always been consistent with great food and friendly service. Love the little seeded asiago crackers with the bread. mmm
Expensive food but not worth it.. The service was not good either.. My boyfriend took me here for my birthday. I ordered a shrimp dish and the shrimp had no taste and the noodles were hard. We told the waiter and I wasnt rude.. But I did expect a visit from the manager to speak with us. The manager never came and it seemed like waiter didnt even care.. The waiter the whole time was unfriendly and seemed ready to go home. We most likely will not go back..
The lobster bisque was outstanding! And the lasagne was huge. The peach bellini was very refreshing as well.
My youngest son's wedding rehearsal dinner. Dined upstairs in the private room. Very attentive staff and the food was awesome.
Seating outside is nice, bread is amazing, but drinks were not great. Waiter seemed new and had to go ask for everything..didnt give any good advice about the menu. we didn't eat but other guests plates looked generous and healthy.
decor, service and atmosphere were great. The food was okay and pricey.
We were there for a wedding rehearsal luncheon. Food good very crowded room.
Love it. Food was great and the waiter was very attentive.
It was a full house but the staff was polite, knowledgeable, and quick. The food and atmosphere are very good.
It's so loud, you can't have a conversation with the person next to you. Gluten free food was good
The food was not good at all .
It is expensive too.
Busy for lunch but service was still very good. Food delivered fresh and correctly and fast.
Great menu. Prices are usually higher than the quality or amount of food compared to other similar restaurants. Wait staff was efficient and professional.
Food was on point! Service was excellent. A little on the pricey side $50/person for one adult beverage each, a spinach and artichoke appetizer to share, and two midpriced entrees. Definitely couldn't afford to eat here often, but definitely worth the splurge once in a while!!!
We had a great time and a great seminar at the brio. With Dr. Shehadi the neurosurgeon
I want here for a work outing the food was fantastic and all the servers were a great help
Friendly servers and nice atmosphere. The food was prepared as ordered. All of the items ordered were delicious and reasonable priced. A must visit establishment.
Ordered an assortment of food and everything was fantastic. We ordered the warmed olives as an appetizer, and I had the mushroom ravioli and a side of mashed potatoes and asparagus as well. I couldn't help but over eat, it was so good!! Our server was very nice and attentive as well. I can't remember her name but she worked during the lunch shift and has blonde hair. Kudos to her and the kitchen!
It's a very nice place but also very expensive to eat at
Doesn't seem to be too busy or crowded compared to the other restaurants in the area. Atmosphere felt more fancy than your regular Cheesecake Factory or Oliver Garden so that might be why. As expensive as CF, maybe slightly more expansive but the food was very good. I recommend the lasagna or pesto pasta.
A non-distinct chain Italian place is rating a 26 on Food? Zagat has succumbed to the masses
Omg the have the best lamb chops I ve ever had. A tad bit on the pricey side but still affordable. Their bruschetta is to die for especially the steak bruschetta. Have been there several times and will continue to go there
We had the lunch special Salmon, asparagus and butternut squash. It was scrumptious! Healthy too!
Our waiter was wonderful and the food was cooked to perfection. One of my favorite places hands down. Even with the limited menu I still found something amazing!
loved getting lunch as takeout - even came with a nice hunk of table bread.
Classy restaurant and rentable private space. Food and service were excellent
I love this place. Their carry out family meals are awesome.
I liked it, they let you customize a lot of dishes but the spaghetti sauce needs works according to my dad lol. The salmon was awesome.
Great food and staff. Met some girlfriends and split a couple carafes of wine and appetizers!
Came here for a graduation party and open cash bar. The meat medallions were to die for. Good flavor and good times
Terrible management and food! Just another franchise thinking they know how to do Italian
Amazing service. Super great food and cocktails. 10 out of 10 stars
Wonderful food, nice presentation, warm and inviting environment, nice staff, only downfall the ladies restroom was not up to par on my visit.
I've eaten at a few Brios, like the one in Newport Ky, but this one was by far the best. It's a huge place and has an amazing outdoor space. The food was amazing! The service was spectacular; the waiter checked with us on everything, but still gave us the right amount of privacy. The pasta alla vodka was my favorite, the pasta pesto was good too. I also had the steak and arugula bruschetta which was fabulous. I discovered a new favorite drink- the Peach Bellini! I love how they have so many specialty cocktails- the combos are the best. The prices are moderate, perfect for the location, I think being a franchise they set them. Best place I've been in awhile! For a chain the food was just delicious.
The servers were very professional and the food was good.
This place used to be good but the new menu took away many of the options that I enjoy.
I know this is a great place, but I haven't eaten there in 5 years.
Always excellent food with good menu. Friendly place. Reasonably priced. Hard to beat.
The food and service is lackluster for the price, however I doubt the food was made to impress. For the money, a better experience can be certainly had elsewhere. However, in a pinch Brio will get the job done.
