The atmosphere is fantastic, but the place is getting run down and tired and worn.
The menu look fantastic, the food was average at best.
The service was mediocre. They were not that busy and the waitperson was slow and the kitchen was slower.
Bottom line, there's better dinner value for your money in the Polaris area than BRIO.

Very good pricing for excellent food. Waitress was extremely kind and attentive to us and our needs. Large variety of wine selection, non-alcoholic drinks are available. We went for dinner at 5 and got all of our food in a timely manner.

I have eaten at Brio many times at Easton and have been pleased.
Brio at Polaris severely dissappointed today. We were having a 50th Anniversary party and chose Brio to place orders for take out for everyone. I stopped in the day before and asked if we called an order in and set a designated time for pick up could they accommodate us. They said absolutely. Anniversary party started and no food was prepared when we went to pick it up. They said they never received the order but somehow could tell us exactly what we ordered. Dinner was held up and we received salad for 1 person only. Needless to say, not happy with our experience.

I m really confused about the reviews on this place. I ve been twice and both times it was meh. Our pasta was dry, the calamari was mostly pieces of some type of hot pepper and it s moderately pricey. You don t even get salad with your dinner. Although the interior was beautiful and clean I ll take Olive Garden over this place any day. Two of our three plates were dirty but they did take them. We were never offered anymore bread either. For their prices, I wasn t impressed at all.

I visited for a rehearsal dinner and everything was fantastic! There is an elevator to the second floor, which was a big plus when you have a large stroller. Food was perfect and the service was excellent. Friendly and professional servers and bartenders.

Great place to meet friends for a drink while shopping. Our server Dylan was amazing. Very attentive and answered all of our questions. He catered to 4 middle aged women on a shopping weekend.

Yummy

Brio is like going to a slightly more casual Bravo. This location gives that impression inside, however eschews that detail from the outside. The valet parking and high end car dealership promo lot out front, though for Polaris Mall at large, creates the impression that the restaurant is quite swanky. Like fur coat swanky. . . Great attentive polite staff. Food is always top class :-)

The place was beautiful and our server was good. The food however was not 5 star. My food came out cold. Both my grandchildren got sick shortly after eating here. I ordered chicken marsala and it was stone cold.

Expensive food but not worth it.. The service was not good either.. My boyfriend took me here for my birthday. I ordered a shrimp dish and the shrimp had no taste and the noodles were hard. We told the waiter and I wasnt rude.. But I did expect a visit from the manager to speak with us. The manager never came and it seemed like waiter didnt even care.. The waiter the whole time was unfriendly and seemed ready to go home. We most likely will not go back..

Seating outside is nice, bread is amazing, but drinks were not great. Waiter seemed new and had to go ask for everything..didnt give any good advice about the menu. we didn't eat but other guests plates looked generous and healthy.

Food was on point! Service was excellent. A little on the pricey side $50/person for one adult beverage each, a spinach and artichoke appetizer to share, and two midpriced entrees. Definitely couldn't afford to eat here often, but definitely worth the splurge once in a while!!!

Ordered an assortment of food and everything was fantastic. We ordered the warmed olives as an appetizer, and I had the mushroom ravioli and a side of mashed potatoes and asparagus as well. I couldn't help but over eat, it was so good!! Our server was very nice and attentive as well. I can't remember her name but she worked during the lunch shift and has blonde hair. Kudos to her and the kitchen!

Doesn't seem to be too busy or crowded compared to the other restaurants in the area. Atmosphere felt more fancy than your regular Cheesecake Factory or Oliver Garden so that might be why. As expensive as CF, maybe slightly more expansive but the food was very good. I recommend the lasagna or pesto pasta.

Omg the have the best lamb chops I ve ever had. A tad bit on the pricey side but still affordable. Their bruschetta is to die for especially the steak bruschetta. Have been there several times and will continue to go there

I've eaten at a few Brios, like the one in Newport Ky, but this one was by far the best. It's a huge place and has an amazing outdoor space. The food was amazing! The service was spectacular; the waiter checked with us on everything, but still gave us the right amount of privacy. The pasta alla vodka was my favorite, the pasta pesto was good too. I also had the steak and arugula bruschetta which was fabulous. I discovered a new favorite drink- the Peach Bellini! I love how they have so many specialty cocktails- the combos are the best. The prices are moderate, perfect for the location, I think being a franchise they set them. Best place I've been in awhile! For a chain the food was just delicious.

The food and service is lackluster for the price, however I doubt the food was made to impress. For the money, a better experience can be certainly had elsewhere. However, in a pinch Brio will get the job done.
