From two stars to one!

I like our quirky apartment with the horrible parking and regular plumbing issues.
What I don t like are the shady and underhanded workers of the property management . I ll probably get charged for some other repair for writing this negative review.
For starters, document every interaction you have with them, especially about maintenance or repairs. Otherwise they will forget you and act like you haven t been waiting 3-4 months for them to fix the dishwasher. #ihadtotrollthemtogetitfixed

Secondly, if you still choose these people, video and photograph every nook and cranny, inch of wall, doors, trim, and even weather stripping. Because at random they will decide you owe them for these repairs even if they were from a previous tenant! Seriously. I regret we did not or I d be hiring a lawyer to fight this ridiculous nonsense.

Not once has rent been late, not once have we been the source of a complaint by neighbors, nor have we complained about our neighbors, our only complaints have been about reasonable things they were responsible for, we ve kept the place in decent condition, caused no damages beyond normal wear and tear, and THIS is how they treat us.

Makes you wonder how they treat problematic tenants if this is how they do business.

I do not recommend them, nor will I be doing business with them again. Listen to the real reviews and be careful in doing business with them. Hold them accountable to do better.

We re 4 months into a 6 month lease. We love our 2 bedroom apartment, even though it s an older building and isn t great on energy efficiency.
The biggest problem is that our dishwasher has NEVER worked. After a few calls they finally sent someone, but all he did was verify that it s not operational, he didn t FIX anything! Now the past two times I ve called, they tell me he says he fixed it, they ve already paid him, and we ll get back to you never happens.
