This is a great place to meet and get connected to agents.

During this uncertain and overwhelming covid shut down, Actors Connection really gave me the motivation that I needed. Their calls (some of them absolutely free!) kept me informed of what s happening in the industry and kept my acting muscle in shape.

Colleen and Tony have done such a great job with programming and also started a free at Three series during this time of uncertainty when all classes are temporarily shut. Great resource for the beginning and seasoned performer. Opportunities to meet industry experts, augment your network, and increase your chance for bookings/representation. Excellent classes taught by working professionals. Also has a lounge area where you can relax before your class/audition, use their computers, find new copy. Polished atmosphere and a great vibe! Tony (the President/Partner) is the man! :)

I just finished participating in the Broadway Connection event and I couldn t be more excited about the next steps in my career! Having the opportunity to meet and perform for many casting directors/agents and actually hear their feedback in the room is a rare and special gift for an Actor. Be prepared to hear MANY differing opinions, but take the good and build upon that. Tony s business class is enlightening and ultimately gets you in the mindset to build your brand effectively. As someone who was entering the industry completely afresh in NYC, this was by far one of the best ways to get a crash course on how things work. I recommend it fully to anyone that wants to get started. I feel like I'll be coming back for the rest of my career.

Excellent place for classes, networking, practicing the craft, learning about the biz, organizing yourself around a strategy for your success and keeping yourself accountable and in action. I've been to several other similar places in NYC, but I keep coming back here because it's the most organized and has the best energy. Flows down from the top: Pure Positive energy. Been attending and utilizing everything it has to offer for about 2 years. Have taken craft/life changing classes here, got my Agent after a meeting here, got my Manager after a meeting here, got more fantastic, talented friends than I can count from here (Remember, you Get out of it according to what you GIVE of yourself to it). And the people who work here are awesome: Warm, inviting and professional.
Get a sound strategy together (and do the "Fast Track"!), stay positive and you'll get the results.

Took a few free seminars when I lived near there, as well as an audition seminar, and really enjoyed the experience. Received professional encouragement and advice from Shorey Walker and other staff there.

I love having Rehearsals and Table readings here. Shannon Summers is awesome and his staff is amazing! It's a great, beautiful, space that is immaculate and well-managed.
