For several months I visited Montgomery Multisports to look for a new bicycle. On each visit the staff was helpful, informative and patient. Ultimately, I decided on a 2019 Trek FX Sport 5 WSD and am extremely happy with it and the other accessories that I purchased. I highly recommend this business.

The friendly staff at The Run Shop helped me find the perfect shoe! Lana was patient and attentive as I went through all the brands/styles she picked based on my measurements and gait analysis. Now that I have the perfectly fit Hoka shoes, I don t see how I ran in anything else before!

Excellent bike and sports shop/store. I first spoke with Andy prior to heading to Montgomery for some training at Maxwell. He made some recommendations on which bike to bring along and places to ride (super helpful). A couple weeks after arriving I made a trip over to the shop to get a few things. The staff were very helpful and Andy made every effort to make sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend MMS; I only wish I was staying longer to get to know them better. Great shop with great folks!
I had the best bike buying experience of my life and I've been buying bikes for at least 55 years! My bike is exactly what I was hoping to find. They did an excellant job assembling it and encouraged me to come back for a free tune up after the bike settles in. Their techs are great and even the owner was outgoing, patiently answering all my emails. I thoroughly recommend them! FIVE STARS!

Andy was so helpful in my fitting experience. I had been having some pains and issues on my road bike so we met to get my fit taken care of. Before my appointment Andy went above and beyond to work with my schedule as I live 1.5 hours from the area. He was willing to meet before shop hours were open, and did whatever he could to accommodate to get me in as soon as possible. During the fitting he took the time to very thoroughly explain the ins and outs of all the what's and whys of certain settings and functionalities of my specific bike, as I am fairly new to cycling. It's a type B personality feel in a type A world. Loved the service, the experience, and all the tips and advice. He is very passionate about seeing athletes succeed!
Absolutely the nicest people. These guys rethreaded my crank arm and installed my pedals for me for free when I am from out of town and I have never done any business with them. I definitely recommend this shop to any biker in the Montgomery area. They are top notch!

Andy and Montgomery MultiSport is the best Alabama has to offer. I came to the area from Maryland. My bike was damaged at the Selma 55 ride and could not be ridden. Andy did all he could to get me on the road. And when he determined it could not be fixed, he offered a spare bike to me to ride. Wow!!!!!! His kindness to a stranger from another state blew me away!!! Visited there to get a foot analysis and possibly new running shoes. They were so helpful and spent a lot of time helping me find the perfect shoe. Michelle let me try on lots of different brands and take them for a quick jog so I could get the perfect shoe for me. She was very knowledgeable and attentive.

I recently began my journey of shopping for a new bike. I visited multiple bike shops in the Atlanta and Auburn area until Montgomery Multisports was recommended. This has hands down been the best experience while shopping for a new bike. The guys in the shop are super knowledgeable. I normally don't give a 5 star rating to anyone but these guys deserve it! I'm in a wheelchair, my tire went flat and they knew exactly what to do.Unfortunately "wheelchair" companies do not keep anything in stock to help me but fortunately Montgomery multisport did!!!!

I had the foot and gait analysis before buying my first pair of running shoes and I could not be happier. The shoes are great and the service was excellent.
I ll start by saying I know nothing about bikes. I bought a $50 older Bianchi bike off Facebook and brought it to these guys to see how to get it into riding condition. Bought tubes, tires, a pump, tire tools and some new tape for the handle bars. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. Two hours later I ve finished a three mile bike ride. I will be back. Great store.

I had significant plantar fasciitis about six years ago until I bought my first pair of shoes from Montgomery Multisport, and from the first visit I knew I was at the right place. Their sales staff is extremely knowledgeable, and puts you in the right shoe. Today I bought my newest pair, and if memory serves me the sales associate was Abby. She is tremendous, and so is Montgomery Multisport. (If I have her name incorrect, please let me know so I can edit it correctly :)

I have played wheelchair sports for 20 years. It s hard to find somewhere to affordably take care of the equipment. Every time I have been to Montgomery Multisport, they have been respectful, considerate, and done an amazing job! I took a wheel in that lost about 6 spokes in one collision. It was bent, but they were able get it back to a functional state. While they were working on that, I also brought my handcycle in that had been neglected for about a year. The chain fell off, tires were worn, and needed some alignment. They took care of all of it for way less than what I ve spent at other places. It took me 4 years of being in Montgomery before I went here, but I will be a frequent customer once basketball season is back.
I bought an ebike on line and it stopped working in under 5 minutes. After contacting the manufacturer they shipped me a new replacement motor and gave me the option of installing it myself or take it to a bike shop. I called Montgomery Multisport and spoke with Andy. He did dot have a lot of experience with ebikes but said he would take a look at it. He agreed to replace the motor however the new motor did not solve the problem. He was not able to diagnose the problem (no wiring diagram) but tried very hard. I cant say enough about the professionalism of Andy and his staff. It was like working with people who had been my friends for a long time. I plan on using these guys for all of my bike needs in the future.

This was by far the best shoe buying experience I have ever had. I learned exactly what type of shoe my foot would need and was given a couple of options. I have plantar fasciitis/flat feet, which the Altra shoe will help with correcting due to it being a zero drop shoe with a wide foot box. Also purchased a pair of the Saucony shoes with a low drop which should help my my transition into more of a minimalist shoe that is better for my foot! Excellent customer service definitely worth the time spent figuring out what exactly works for my feet.
I just recently heard of this store. I was NOT disappointed. Kathy was superb! She was able to juggle the customers and still remain attentive to each of our needs. I HIGHLY recommend the store to everyone! Love my Topo sneakers as well!!

Prices may be a little higher than other places you can fine but the quality of work and the staff make it well worth it. As they say you get what you pay for.
