Had problems with a leaking roof following fitment of solar panels by another provider. Scaffolding put up and later taken down by a couple of young guys who knew exactly what they were doing. Luke and Graham from Anesco came and spent most of a very wet day on our roof, removing solar panels, replacing roof tiles which had broken and filing them down where appropriate. A very professional job undertaken by two friendly and cheerful guys in difficult conditions. Very happy with the work done by Anesco people in their office and on the roof.
This company have a site in Cheshire and the alarm has been going off all day I cant get hold of anyone on the phone or email very unprofessional as this site is directly opposite my business not very pleasant when your trying to run a business thanks anesco for the inconvenience
We had a visit from Mickey (Anesco engineer) on Friday, 2nd March, 2018; we found him extremely efficient, very knowledgeable and - unusual, these days, courteous, and helpful..
Anesco now look after the solar panels installed on my roof. Now installed 9 years with no problems. I simply keep taking as much free electric as I can, what's not to like ? Recently I have reached out to them regarding the Roof Lease Contract and they have been very supportive and responsive. Provided me with all the information, paperwork and guide so that if I do move house I am fully informed on the steps to take. Big thanks and credit to Rebecca who has supported me.
I had reason to liaise with the team at Anesco recently and they were very accomodating. The whole team was helpful, but especially Rebecca in the Legal team who was very helpful and responsive, and a real pleasure to deal with. Great service / support..!!
Had 2 guys come today to repair the panel's on our roof very helpful took panel's of cleaned them and found fault repaired the fault then checked roof, repaired 8 tiles and made good. Both Lee the Electrician and Luke the Roofer were Very professional thorough in all aspect of the job
We would like to thank Rebecca from the Legal Team for all her hard work in helping us to purchase our rented solar panels from Homesun. Any queries she has kindly answered & resolved any problems we have had. We have contacted all the relevant people now & the paperwork sent off so hopefully all will be completed shortly. Special thanks to Rebecca for enabling us to do all this in these unprecedented times.
Anesco as a company was an absolute nightmare to deal with Really hard to contact and when I finally did no one knew anything drove me to distraction fortunately I eventually managed to get hold of a young lady in their legal department named Rebecca. She could not have been more helpful she answered e mails when she said she would, was knowledgeable and also returned calls when she said she would. I cannot praise this young lady enough I believe the situation we had, which took over a year to eventually sort out, would probably have taken twice as long. This young lady is an asset to the company and they should value her highly.
So slow to do anything. So many issues, go to another providor!!!!
Hassling all the time to get the surveyor around, given "He'll be around sometime Wednesday", nothing firm, e.g. no arrival time, no name, contact details.
Not surprisingly, he "called off sick" that morning, I don't believe that he was booked. Hassled and got a replacement guy (with name, contact details and arrival time).
Got survey done, however so slow to get the quotes done for the Green Deal. Hassling all the time however was not getting any quotes on the boiler, cavity wall or windows.
Eventually two weeks on they managed to sort a boiler and cavity wall quote in an afternon.
However, two and half weeks on and still no quote on the windows, I've given up chasing them.
My roof started leaking under the solar panels. Engineer Dean, who was fortunately in the neighbourhood was with me in around an hour and found missing tiles. Within two days the work was authorised and the scaffolding erected one or two days later. Through no fault of Anesco scheduling the work took longer than expected but the original date fixed was brought forward by some 10 days when other work was postponed, for which I was very grateful, considering the damage that was occurring to the a bedroom wall every time it rained. The work was completed quickly by Dean and roof tiler, Luke, who found and fixed a few other points of damage. They were very courteous and a credit to the company. I was also very impressed by the efficient service offered by Jo and Gemma in the Anesco head office, who seemed genuinely concerned to help with what was a stressful situation for me. One day when I rang both Gemma and Jo were in training, the sign of a service company that is genuinely concerned with the quality of its customer care. I would unreservedly recommend Anesco to anyone. Rob Dinham
Firstly, we MUST realise that mistakes now and again, are going to happen. It s how these mistakes are dealt with which are important. My problems started in January 2020. The company engineer, diagnosed a faulty part, and removed it, to be sent for repair. I heard nothing more until, in April, so I contacted the company to get an update. I received a letter on the 6th of April, and we were promised an appointment to refit the repaired part, on the 23rd of July. Due to this promised date, I changed my holiday arrangements, so that I could be at home for the appointment. Because of the elapsed time since the April letter, then on the 20th of July, I phoned to make sure that the appointment would go ahead, only to be told that the date had changed, to the 6th of August. I explained that I could not be available on that date because of another booked holiday that I wasn t prepared to change again. The next date I was offered was on the 23rd of September. I altered my plans so as to be available on the 23rd, and I stayed in all day, but by 4pm, it became obvious that the appointment was NOT going to be kept. I phoned to find out what as going on, only to be told there was no explanation, but I could expect a phone call to rearrange a new appointment in the near future. Two days later and I was still waiting for that phone call. Exasperated, I wrote an e-mail to the director in charge of repairs and maintenance. Another two days passed and I d had no reply, so then I wrote to the CEO of the company, and almost by return, I finally got a phone call from the head of repairs and maintenance. NOW things changed, and I finally got the service that I required. I was given a new urgent appointment to be on the following Sunday. This appointment was kept, and the engineer was most helpful and efficient. He made numerous apologies for the previous poor service, even though NONE of it was his fault. Eventually, my problems WERE resolved, and special service was given to me to quickly put thing right. I have been promised that lessons HAVE been learned, and will not reoccur. As I said at the beginning, mistakes WILL happen, but it s how they are dealt with, that matter, and it s important that lessons ARE learned and not repeated. Finally satisfied
we had a biomass boiler fitted a few months ago based on a government scheme which allowed us to have it fitted for nothing. however since the boiler was fitted it has been nothing but trouble and has costed us nothing but time, money and cold nights in our own home. the company has also scammed us out of fuel we were promised and they also take a ridiculous amount of time before any contact is made to fix the issues that arise. i reserve the right to use these words but they best describe the company and its service: Piss Poor
Anesco were brilliant, they informed me I had a problem with my solar panels , sent an lovely engineer who fixed it within a couple of hours. Great service, highly recommended!
Terribel Customer service, Initially Engineer turned up 2 days late, diagnosed problem said i would here back in a week, 3 weeks later nothing so i phoned them they had the part ans would ring to arrange installation, 8 weeks later still no word rang them again, they have booked an appoitment for 4 weeks time, disgusting, if the reapir works total downtime will have been 15 weeks !!!
Helpful and professional service all the way through. They assessed, agreed to, and completed the work without me having to chase-up at all. A rare and pleasing experience these days.
We had Graeme & Luke to replace a solar panel. They were very polite and did a great job for us, cleaning the roof and gutters and conservatory roof where the pigeons had nested. We would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Graeme & Luke for a job well done
