This is best hotel I have ever seen I enjoyed a lot here service was food I was feel that I am king here and aman and shailesh give wow service to us they guys were very very good

Pathetic service by the hotel for a marriage event we held in the hotel last week. Rooms, hotel, banquet hall everything was dirty. There was no lighting, AC wasn't working, rooms were smelling, no breakfast...and the list goes on.

Their excuse for this absymal experience received from leadership, management to staff was lockdown. But the booking rates were the same as normal times. There was absolutely no compensation from their end for ruining the event for 100+ guests.

If you want to take the risk of ruining your event, go ahead and book Radisson Blu. But don't fall for the fake promises of delivering even a satisfactory service.

The service was prompt and the quality of food was excellent.

Good service. Clean rooms. Close to Airport. But cheats guests for money.
An invoice is written in Indian Rupees, but the transaction on credit card made in dollars and this transaction summ is 15% more. And this is not a conversion in the payment system. This amount in dollars is written off by the hotel itself. Conversations with hotel managers were useless.

Wao!!! Such a good place to relax... Big and classy banquets. In ground floor there is a shopping mall, where you can get clothes (pantaloons, Max), electronics (Croma), make up, suits, food, drinks and also grossery (More).

This comes under Star rated categories. It is walking distance from Sector 12 Metro station. One can easily commute to and from this place to New Dwlhi Airport using the Delhi Metro. It also houses few shopping outlets for quick shopping of clothes, groceries, wine shop. Rooms are nearly done and have a nicely overlooks the surrounding.

The property is clean and beautiful. Staff is humble and much professional. They have the best in-room dining service and they will service you anytime. Housekeeping is just a call away. The inner view is amazing. I stayed there with my beloved for 5 days and the stay was awesome.

Nice hotel with very good asian, indian, and continental restaurants, a small bar, Conference and event spaces, and also a shopping mall with clothes, shoes, electronics, daily essential etc. on its backside.

Mr Sidharth Gupta and Mr Akhilesh working in Spring are the main reasons for visiting this place again and again.
Expect the stay to be very comfortable. Rooms are of international standards at reasonable price.

A delightful place to stay. Appreciated the services as well.

Good 5* business hotel. Our kids enjoyed in their pooja and recreational facilities. Very near to DelhiMetro makes very easy transportation. Hotel lobby is very beautiful and smaal tropical like scenario is very good. Mall inside the hotel building is also good for shopping and time pass.

The ambience was quite good. The staff was very friendly. Also there are some shopping outlets in there like Pantaloons, more etc.

I have very gud experiance in hotel. My stay was excellant and here every thing aur staff behaviour is very good.

I come here lot of time but this time i have really very bad experience..first bathroom is very dirty,water comes very dirty, even showers are not work properly.their room intercoms are also not working. when i call reception to tell these issues first call they recieve after that he say sir will cl u back in 5 min but no cl coming afterthat. unnecessary sound coming in room.they people not listening . overall experience are very very bad.acc to this vivanta by taj is very superb

Customer services is bad, poor response. Front office staff is poor customer service, check in time 1.15 hour , obnoxiously late , house keeping has to improve.

This place has gone down in overall user experience. Zero maintainence and non coperative staff.

Everything was ok. Only problem was the architecture as there were no direct lift to reach 3rd floor where i went for a party. Also there was no direct lift to reach underground parking.
