This is a wholesale / headquarter building, not somewhere where you can get prescriptions dispensed.

Useless. On two separate occasions, I ordered a repeat prescription for home delivery, and both times it never went beyond 'pending'. And there was no way to contact them! I only got my prescription when I went directly to my GP surgery. Will not be using again.
