If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. We came to this company with some tax issues back in the summer 2016. Emily was the accountant that was originally assigned to us. We were given a quote and were told that it would not go over the quoted amount. After six months, we had not heard from them or given an update. We were told at Christmas 2016 that we would have a resolution at the first of the year. We heard nothing. We repeatedly asked for updates and were told that they were busy at the time. We were consistently promised an update "the next day." When I finally was able to talk to Emily, she told me that she couldn't help it if her bosses told her to work on a million dollar account and set mine aside. She made it very clear that our case was not as important as her other clients. By the Summer of 2017, we had received an invoice but the case was not finished. I told them that I would pay after project had been completed. I was then informed that she would only finish the case if we pay more than what was quoted. This is where I became very angry. I decided to speak to someone above Emily. At this time I was introduced to Chase. He agreed that this had gone on way to long and that this was handled very poorly. He apologized repeatedly for the poor customer service and told me that they like to treat their clients like family. He was going to take on our case personally and told us that we wouldn't have to pay the invoice. He wanted to make things right. So I trusted that he would take care of the situation and he would follow up with us when it was complete. That discussion took place on June 29th 2017. October 20th 2017, we have not received an update or a conclusion on our case. However, we have received an invoice for their services. We have not received a single email or phone call to update us since this discussion that we had with Chase. I gave Chase a call to see what was going on. He said that he met me once and never promised anything to me. He stated the company has met it's promises and were not in the wrong.
In conclusion, I wouldn't risk taking your business to this company. It just isn't worth the time or the stress. You might have better luck if you own a large business and\or make an exceptional amount of money.
