Our company car brought for a MOT. Everything checked, repaired etc. No comments. Well helped.

Comments about the service / payment:
Issue:
I want to pay but I accidentally forgot my debit card.
I kindly ask if I use my phone app. can pay. It is then ALSO right on the account.

Reaction:
- you are not in the system. (I bought the car there)
- You must pin! Because that is how it is now administered.

Result: irritated out the door WITH THE loan car. And come back the next day. The employee quickly informed me that I had to pay the loan car for that extra day!

Called the chief the same day to discuss the problem. Chef's response:
- Madam this has nothing to do with service. You have forgotten your debit card (chef's response).
- Why don't you just pay with a private bill and transfer it later (chef's response).
No understanding at all for the situation!

Advice:
No comments at all about the quality of the repairs, even excellent, but about troubleshooting. A thick insufficient. Personnel (chef) is not trained well enough to satisfactorily resolve customer complaints.

In any case, this well-paying customer will not return soon.

It seems as if the company has more customers (both business and private) than it can handle with staffing. No extras after maintenance as I was used to at Toyota. You are a license plate here, they do the necessary and that means the end of it. As a customer you don't really feel appreciated

I had a breakdown with my van, first to be sure they listened to what the complaint actually was, because everyone has his or her "own translation for it" ... and yes ... we are out! Immediately made an appointment for the job, so that we can then travel with satisfaction. Thank you people for the good advice .

Service is very far away here on the Driemanssteeweg. From December I would be called back. After 4x calling still about this still not called back. Deeply sad customer service.

I prefer to drive further to M. De Koning, they can take an example of that.

On the way back we suddenly had the exhaust lamp on and drove to the workshop. They checked the car, we could wait in the dealership for tea and coffee. As a result, we were able to continue without repairs, a pump should be replaced soon. Great and nice service, good advice. And to top it all, they didn't charge us anything. A great workshop with good service.

Maintenance scheduled via the LeasePlan app for last Friday. They would pick up my car between 8am and 10am. Nobody stopped by, heard nothing. Not available by phone (not even for LeasePlan), callback request was only picked up the following Monday (it was said that there was only 2 people in the garage that Friday).

It is great that you have a problem with the occupation, but make it priority 1 to call everything and everyone as much as possible and as early as possible, because I have been waiting for it and can now make a new appointment (that is already happened at another party of course).

Edit: changed from 1 to 3 stars after contacting the service manager. What went wrong is evaluated and changes are made accordingly. Let me give them the benefit of the doubt in that.

First experience with Hoogenboom Sales! Yesterday invaded unannounced for the purchase of a new Volkswagen because half an hour earlier we had left particularly disappointed at Wittebrug Volkswagen Forepark.
In Hoogenboom nicely helped by Raymond and very well advised, without being intrusive. Exactly what I expect when it comes to purchasing a new car.

Finally decided to purchase a new Volkswagen e-golf through the Private Lease offer from Volkswagen. Now complete all formalities and then look for the first meters.

Again, very great help, very good experience. Recommended for me.

Made an appointment for a one hour test drive. Admittedly, We were 30 mins late. However, told the marketing lady that I will still return on time. Apparently the TRoc has a small trunk and told her that it's not what we're looking for. Typically, in a (normal) dealer that we've been in (Lexus, Mercedes, BMW, an Volvo) they would make an attempt to convince you otherwise. Here, she didn't even get up and pick up the key.

We were in Limburg with bad luck and the nice gentleman from Hoogenboom was just loading a car on his car at 50 m from our car .. He switched on the charger and we were able to drive. That's worth 5 stars! van Hoogenboom!

Mijn mening is 2 ledig. Had een ongelukje met afko...

Mijn mening is 2 ledig. Had een ongelukje met afkoppelen trailer. Hierbij ging de aansluiting van mijn elektrische trekhaak kapot. Gevraagd wat dit ging kosten om het te laten reparen. Medewerker service punt kwam met een belachelijk verhaal dat de bumper eraf moest om de trekhaak opnieuw te testen of deze niet verbogen zou zijn???
Vervolgens zou ik dezelfde dag geholpen worden maar nadat ik zij dit belachelijk vond en alleen vervanging van de aansluiting stekker wilde, kon ik ineens 4 dagen later pas geholpen worden. Ben toen naar dealer in Sliedrecht gegaan waar ik goed geholpen werd.
Andere ervaring was dat ik een roest plekje had op mijn 8 maanden oude tiguan en ging hier ook mee langs bij Hoogenboom. Keurig en vriendelijk geholpen. Er werden foto's gemaakt om vervolgens goedkeuring van het hoofdkantoor te krijgen. Er werd mij wel gelijk gezegd dat dit een duidelijk geval garantie is.
Helaas duurde het 3 maanden voordat ik uitsluitsel kreeg nadat ik diversen keren voor had gebeld. Uiteindelijk heeft Hoogenboom dit netje opgelost.
