Everytime I visit this store I find another item to purchase. The staff has been polite.

I have used them several times and I will visit them again tomorrow for more work

Staff is always very helpful (and patient!) - I can never make up my mind on the font type! Items always looks great and turnaround time is usually faster than what they tell you when you drop off!

Very detail oriented and great prices. Got two onesies made for my baby's first Thanksgiving and Christmas. Both came out wonderful. Four stars because the total for my Thanksgiving onesie was 10$ (I provided my own onesie) and they charged me a rush fee (dropped off on Monday and picked up on Wednesday) of 10$. They charged me a late fee that was the cost of my whole order.

Wonderful staff, they do excellent work. The store is filled with excellent gift examples. I have them make custom bar towels, but have given some of their holiday items right off the rack.

Super nice and great quality of work, I go out of my way to drop off my cloths to get embroidered here.

They do really good work, I felt like I got treated differently however because I m black so I probably wouldn t go back based on that.

I have used this place several times in the past for embroidery of work shirts and a hat. Each time the service was cheaper than the competition and the quality was just as good if not better. The staff is friendly, and at one point talked me out of buying items from their store because they were concerned about the outcome. I can't recommend this kind of honesty and service enough. They are my first choice in the area for embroidery.

Update: I was contacted by monogram express and my grandson's little suit was replaced and beautifully monogrammed. Very responsive business.
