Good customer service and very friendly. The windows was exactly what I ordered.

I am amazed by the kind and patient staff. May, Kary, and Kaka were very nice saleswomen. I enjoyed doing business with this company.

I was looking for new windows for my house, I checked out other brands from Andersen to Pella they were very nice windows but very expensive. I was looking for good windows but I didnt want to break my bank. I like that they manufacture there own windows. I ordered 9 Aluminum windows with Low E glass and Argon gas, and they partner with Guardian glass. I thought the quality was very good at a good price. I am happy with my purchase, I actually ordered another one. I cant tell about there durability because I just installed them, but they look like they will hold up!! I will recommend the Aluminum ones because those are the ones I bought. They look very good from inside and out. Also very fast response to my emails the woman I dealt with were very nice!! I would order from them again!!! Jimmy

Terrible customer service. We had order windows and went through in detail* about which styles. On the day of install we had an issue with one of the window styles (due to community hoa standards) and could not install that one window. We called in about it and had to go through the whole process on what went wrong. Now, here s the good part: the rep took no responsibility on her wrong doing. She saw the pictures, drew on some paper, and said oh I know exactly which window you need. Clearly she was wrong and could have cost us fines to pay for each day the window is up (had it been installed). In addition, the rep also said oh from the pictures I only focused on the color you needed. So she looked at it and still got the style wrong. Interesting. We simply wanted a confirmation that there s a mistake and we will get a new window made without additional cost. This company cannot give us a confirmation and want us to WAIT (this was after speaking to two supervisors). Are you kidding me?!? Seriously so wrong. By the way, if they are reading this (and I hope they do) we ve also made a complaint on BBB.

*they had contacted someone to come on site to get the measurements and styles.

after more than 8 weeks of waiting
They call me and said pick up the window
But next day they call me again part is not arrived
And have to wait again.

Nancy hang up my call and said she will have to hang up to provide me a tracking info
But she never provide me a tracking info

I wanted to support local business but if your employee continue to have these issues
Your business won t survive

The worst customer service ever!!! I ordered 18 vinyl windows and 8 sliding doors for a project in Astoria and the white vinyl on the widows and doors are not the same white color they are off 2 shades. They will not rectify the situation they said that's just the way they are made and I am stuck with it. I am contacting an attorney to seek legal action. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Very well made beautiful windows. The prices they quoted was great and the windows are very sturdy.very satisfied with my purchase

Monda Windows operates a professional business and offers close attention to each customer. I for one love that they answer email right away.

The team is knowledgeable and willing to help at all times.

Extremely fast and reliable service. My representative was Wing, she was expeditious and on top of issue. One of my site managers botched the order, and took wrong dimensions of the windows and doors. Wing caught the issue, and helped me to get correct issues. Order came ahead of scheduled delivery.

One thing I want to mention, that while there are some installation instructions available on YouTube. I would love to get construction documentation / installations instructions

The windows perform and look well over their price. I would do business with them in the feature. Highly recommend them for builders/spatial designers/architects
