Terrible customer service. We had order windows and went through in detail* about which styles. On the day of install we had an issue with one of the window styles (due to community hoa standards) and could not install that one window. We called in about it and had to go through the whole process on what went wrong. Now, here s the good part: the rep took no responsibility on her wrong doing. She saw the pictures, drew on some paper, and said oh I know exactly which window you need. Clearly she was wrong and could have cost us fines to pay for each day the window is up (had it been installed). In addition, the rep also said oh from the pictures I only focused on the color you needed. So she looked at it and still got the style wrong. Interesting. We simply wanted a confirmation that there s a mistake and we will get a new window made without additional cost. This company cannot give us a confirmation and want us to WAIT (this was after speaking to two supervisors). Are you kidding me?!? Seriously so wrong. By the way, if they are reading this (and I hope they do) we ve also made a complaint on BBB.

*they had contacted someone to come on site to get the measurements and styles.
