She delay my order that s understandable in this pandemic.

after more than 8 weeks of waiting
They call me and said pick up the window
But next day they call me again part is not arrived
And have to wait again.

Nancy hang up my call and said she will have to hang up to provide me a tracking info
But she never provide me a tracking info

I wanted to support local business but if your employee continue to have these issues
Your business won t survive
