Excellent Company! Probably the cleanest lab around, definitely recommend these guys

Unfortunately what sounds like a good place to work is far from what it seems. Employee discrimination, closed-minded superiors and obvious accounts of favoritism is what will keep me from seeking employment here.

They fire people for no reason just for nothing they didn t do they treat employees bad they get discriminated and a lot of bulying

so I've noticed a lot of peculiar things at this place and i gotta say...this just ain't adding up, first things first, the accusations of discrimination and favoritism are legit, just not in the way you were thinking. like how come majority of the higher (probably over paid) people in cushy office positions are all what some would consider "moderately attractive" females. some of which I'm sure don't even have the background or experience for the some of the positions the have and are probably vastly under qualified compared to the actual Hard working people who are qualified and get turned down after being interviewed. I'm pretty sure most of them aren't even versed in their California work rights because a lot of the things they've gotten away with at that place are highly illegal or questionably so at best. which brings me to my second point, in which the higher ups are very condescending to those they view as inferior or below them. it's almost as if they don't view the people who work under them as human beings. instead they treated them poorly, in way one would say violates multiple California worker rights. especially those that they didn't deem worthy of respect, like most males, or unattractive females, or those weren't affiliated with the higher ups, or upper echelon, socially outside of work. basically friends, or who they were...intimate with, which explains how they got those positions because some of the females seem VERY intimate with the higher ups if you know what i mean. basically a lot of favoritism, discrimination, shady practices, bullying, unethical stuff, and very possible nepotism, i hope these people don''t plan on rebuilding after the lay offs and doing this to unknowing victims all over again

They do not follow chemical waste dumping procedures. Benicia area is already suffering from environmental pollution, I hope they get fine.

I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The employee hierarchy consists of sleezy individuals undermining the employees actually doing the work for those that are more of a convenience to take advantage of and thus get promotions for brown-nosing. The amount of effort being put into one's work is overlooked and underappreciated due to company bias. In the employee handbook, it clearly states that any favoritism/bias/discrimination for/or against age, race religion, sex, etc are not permitted and are illegal in the state of California. And yet these people are still running a company where they do exactly that.

they might be clean on the inside but the parking lots adjacent to them are not because they dump all the trash in them.

I am unsure as to the motivation behind the negative reviews for Molecule Labs. Management cares about all of their employees. They do a phenomenal job at managing and keeping a continuously growing number of people happy and satisfied. The lab is always kept clean and safe. I have no concerns for Molecule Labs as a company to purchase from or to work for; I am certain they will continue to succeed.

If i can rate this i would rate this as 0 stars only reason i am rating this is because i have to write my review on it this company doesnt care about there employees they have fired more then 200 people from there and are still looking too hire poeple have been kicked out at 2 am without no ride standing in the cold / dark do they not understand how dangerous that is ! Also threatens there employees about signing a release paper !!They have cursed them out and made them feel like nothing they over work there employees !! This is not a good place what so ever !! Shame on you guys this is harassment you can not treat people the way you guys do people have sued them before about plenty of things that has been going on here they take advantage of everyone !!
