I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy....

I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The employee hierarchy consists of sleezy individuals undermining the employees actually doing the work for those that are more of a convenience to take advantage of and thus get promotions for brown-nosing. The amount of effort being put into one's work is overlooked and underappreciated due to company bias. In the employee handbook, it clearly states that any favoritism/bias/discrimination for/or against age, race religion, sex, etc are not permitted and are illegal in the state of California. And yet these people are still running a company where they do exactly that.
