Do not work for this company, I was at work on a Tuesday morning when I pulled a muscle in my back, I informed 3 people of the incident and nothing was filled for paperwork, the next morning the pain was unbearable and I had to go to the ER, I received a Phone call from HR asking why an incident reported was never filled, I explained to her that I had informed multiple people about the Incident. I was told by the Dr on a Wednesday that I was too take my medication and relax and be out of work until the following Monday , moldrite then called and instead of asking how I was tried to tell me it did not happen at work... This place has no concern for employees, the very next morning on Thursday I was told report to occupational therapy st 230pm that same day. I'm not really positive how they can go around a Dr's orders and tell me I need to report to work on Friday. If you want a company who has any concerns for their employees this is not where you want to work!

This is a message to anyone seeking employment through this company. If you enjoy having absolutely no home life, being ran into the ground while you're at work, feeling underappreciated and simply downright miserable; then this is the job for you. I am in no way trying to be comical I am being sincere. This facility has a very high turnover rate. If the outcome is separation of employment management will disregard any claims to them being any reason an employee would want to quit/leave etc. As they seem to not understand that people would simply enjoy a sense of balance and some form of appreciation while working hard day in and day out. You will simply start to feel like a number as they will bring people in as fast as they are cast out. Prepare to be micromanaged and pushed to meet an unreasonable agenda. Also, as far as their completely RIDICULOUS attendance policy... Good luck with that, is all I'll say. To whom it may concern, I'm not here to tell you what to do only to say I told you so.

Came here from California to work at this place however I found myself in a homeless situation and needed a day off to fix it but was fired for no call no show when I called amy and told her I needed to take care of the situation however there are some good people there and I hope you don't ever need help from these people cause you will be out in the cold and they will not care about you so be careful if you work at this place. Like high turnover ratio because they will work you and throw you out ..do not recommend this company if you actually love to work as I do then stay away they will treat you as scum..

Very toxic work environment. You work long 12 hour shifts and they hire the most unpleasant types of people with checkered backgrounds so you re constantly dealing with narrow minded and passive aggressive individuals. Most of the adults here like to gossip more than actual teens do because they have nothing else to live for outside of work. It s a very hostile environment as well. They pick and choose favorites and they micro manage and harrass workers who actually do their jobs and have high productivity. Statistics in multiple universities have proven what drives people away from a job is not the job itself....It s the management and how the company is run. Then they ironically wonder why they can t keep employees to stay because their turn over rate is very high. The attendance policy is absolutely ridiculous as well. You re only allowed to call out 3 times in an entire year. If you use up your 3 call outs you have to wait a whole year to get those back. The PTO you acquire is not enough and you basically have to work a whole month and a half basically to cover one whole shift. In other states I noticed people are more friendlier, less judgmental and they know how to mind their business. Enjoy if you choose this place as your career.

Bad place to work low pay and they don't care about your life only if u can get to work for them

Good people but my first experience here was not a great one. Shipping office screwed up big time and had to wait 3 hours before they loaded one pallet.
