Outstanding services especially at per op check in the young lady that waiting on me was very.... professional in every way. I did get her name and I wished I did, she made my per op went well. Again everyone that was involved in my process was good. Thanks!
Although I have some health issues this was the first time I have ever been hospitalized. The entire staff was, warm welcoming and so helpful. They took amazing care of me, I was in for Covid 19. Most of them had already had it. They never treated me differently. Thank you all. My father on Medicare also went to the er when I did. The waiting area was like a janitors closet with a few dividers. I had seen 4 Dr.s in the E.R. within 2 hours. Nothing for my father. They brought in food for everyone but my father. I shared mine with him, mistake, no one said anything about him not eating for a test. After 26 hours my father was put in a room.
Awesome, professional staff as soon as you walk in. My nurse Susan was adorable and loving my anesthesiologist was so calming and Down to earth really cool guy, also the after care was attentive and very nice too! Made a scary scene into a not so scary experience for me. Appreciate you all!
I went to the ER with chest pressure. The ER staff was efficient and despite the large number of people there for treatment, I received a rapid and thorough evaluation. I was admitted and the coronary care group was outstanding. I felt very safe, and Dr. Shah, the attending physician, was very helpful, informative, and has a wonderful bedside manner. Overall, it was the best hospital experience I've ever had.
The most professional friendly caring staff anyone could hope for. They made my experience there absolutely worry free. I can't thank them enough. Thank you to all Mountain View staff.
What a great staff! From the moment I walked in until I left everyone was so helpful and happy. I started with pre-op two days before surgery and had out- patient surgery. EVERY person I came in contact with was great! I would definitely recommend this hospital!
I went to the emergency room at Mountain View with serious health concerns. I could not have been treated better. Numerous tests were done quickly, Staff was very helpful and my treating physician was fantastic. Thank you Mountain View.
ER visit, rapid response and quality of care was excellent. Stayed two days and my attending nurses and the doctors were responsive and caring. I felt I had superb care.
From scheduling my pre-op testing through surgery and being discharged, this was a great experience. Everyone I came into contact with were thorough, respectful, kind and patient with me. Literally every single person- that doesn t usually happen anymore! Customer service and medical care was phenomenal!
The labor and delivery team are incredible!! I couldn t have asked for a better team to help delivery my baby safely. Thank you for all that you did to keep my little girl and myself safe and happy.
