This is a message to anyone seeking employment through this company. If you enjoy having absolutely no home life, being ran into the ground while you're at work, feeling underappreciated and simply downright miserable; then this is the job for you. I am in no way trying to be comical I am being sincere. This facility has a very high turnover rate. If the outcome is separation of employment management will disregard any claims to them being any reason an employee would want to quit/leave etc. As they seem to not understand that people would simply enjoy a sense of balance and some form of appreciation while working hard day in and day out. You will simply start to feel like a number as they will bring people in as fast as they are cast out. Prepare to be micromanaged and pushed to meet an unreasonable agenda. Also, as far as their completely RIDICULOUS attendance policy... Good luck with that, is all I'll say. To whom it may concern, I'm not here to tell you what to do only to say I told you so.
