Customer service is amazing!! They re fast and the process was very easy. Were very nice to resend my records when I thought I downloaded them but didn t.

I needed the services from Medicopy in order to obtain documentation for my child s birth. The customer service was excellent and they were attentive to my specific needs. I utilized the chat method to communicate with representatives and found it helpful, fast, and convenient. The representatives took care of my needs promptly; even when I received a notice that they were closed for the day, they made sure to reach out still and assist in any way that they could. I am very pleased with the services and the help I received from Lane Gizzard and Andrew Judson.

Filling out the request form was easy.
I asked a follow up question that was responded to very quickly. It takes 3 days approximately for the files to be transferred. That s a reasonable turn around time for records to be sent by fax, I think.
I really liked using the site.

I sent a message after hours but someone Still got back to me that evening. I had received a copy of my records in the past but I wasn t sure the address they came from so I could search for them. By 7 AM the following morning I had what I needed. I was pretty impressed and very friendly also.

I had a question concerning fees for transferring dental X-rays. I reached out on a Saturday and despite their normal hours deeming them closed, someone responded immediately and I received the help I needed.

While I have not yet received my requested documents due to 3 day processing time, everything thus far has been super easy! The user friendly website allowed me to quickly request what I needed, a confirmation via my email gave me peace of mind that my information was being protected before being processed, and when i had a question it was immediately addressed via chat on line / text. So far it has been a wonderful experience!

MediCopy took care of all my necessary paperwork needed for time off from work in 3 business days. It s a relief knowing that you don t have to worry about delays.

I love that there s an option to text! Not having to sit on hold and being able to work multiple requests I have at once is really great!
