Very toxic work environment. You work long 12 hour shifts and they hire the most unpleasant types of people with checkered backgrounds so you re constantly dealing with narrow minded and passive aggressive individuals. Most of the adults here like to gossip more than actual teens do because they have nothing else to live for outside of work. It s a very hostile environment as well. They pick and choose favorites and they micro manage and harrass workers who actually do their jobs and have high productivity. Statistics in multiple universities have proven what drives people away from a job is not the job itself....It s the management and how the company is run. Then they ironically wonder why they can t keep employees to stay because their turn over rate is very high. The attendance policy is absolutely ridiculous as well. You re only allowed to call out 3 times in an entire year. If you use up your 3 call outs you have to wait a whole year to get those back. The PTO you acquire is not enough and you basically have to work a whole month and a half basically to cover one whole shift. In other states I noticed people are more friendlier, less judgmental and they know how to mind their business. Enjoy if you choose this place as your career.
