Great space for auditions & rehearsals. Convenient location near BART

Very small theatre with super uncomfortable chairs. Not likely to go back here.

I loved the intimate and small setting of this theater. It offered an experience that large theaters cannot compare to, as being up close to the actors creates a deeper connection to the characters. Seating is limited and tight. There is no sign outside the building, as the theater is on the 2nd floor tucked in a corner, but I did not have any difficulties finding it with the address. I came from out of town and was able to find a fairly priced parking garage within a couple blocks.

Capcom's & iam8bit's Resident Evil 7 Escape Room tour was amazing! I hope they further extend their "sold out" show and add tons of additional locations along the way!
