Recently purchased a brand new car from Halton Honda in Burlington! I worked with Jeff and Cecilia. They both made it such an easy and relaxing experience especially as someone who has some social anxiety they made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything to me and what my various options were! They were understanding of my budget and I never felt pressured to change it!
I appreciate how accommodating/helpful they were through this whole process! 12/10. I would definitely recommend those two!

First of all, your renovated service area looks fabulous and is practical in its design. Alex was (as always), a joy with whom to do business at the service counter. He is always friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and prompt in how he deals with customers. He explains the service invoice details and ensures there are no concerns. A pleasure!

A little disappointed... Went in to drive a couple of 2019 vehicles and was so disappointed (and a bit repulsed ) at being given such a filthy 2019 Pilot Touring to drive. I've been to Chrysler, Ford, Cambridge Honda and Toyota in the last few months .... Have never been given such dirty cars to drive - brand new, no less ! It was very interesting to me that they'd put a potential lifetime client in a vehicle that was so dirty... It definitely ruined the experience (was afraid to touch anything in the Pilot). The sales guy was very nice to us which is why I'm rating it a two star Instead of zero.

We bought a Jeep from here last week. The customer service we received from Chris rocci was easy and comfortable! He was very helpful, polite and really easy to work with. Any questions we ve had so far, he s been quick and honest to get back to us. I cannot wait to pick up my Jeep Patriot tomorrow! Thank you for making this process smooth, Chris!
