Don't buy anything from Ryder. I bought a chainsaw RDP-GCS08 / 450mm., 18`, 2200W /, it stopped working while it was under warranty. I sent it for a complaint and it was returned to me with the opinion that no suitable oils were used. I am an electrical engineer and I also work as an aircraft technician and I have a high technical culture and I am aware of the consequences of not following the manufacturer's instructions. For this reason, I have used the oils specified in the documentation. I was denied warranty service. I also argued with a lawyer. The official response to my objection was to send the machine to their headquarters for re-examination. I sent it at their expense, later I received a call from the courier that they were denied payment for delivery by Euromaster Import Export Ltd., given that it is a complaint. I paid the couirier so that re-examination can confirm the lie. Finally, I left them the souvenir machine as the last thing I would buy from them. They can be sure that I will make the case public. With this unprofessional attitude, they definitely lost me as a client. But besides me, they will lose, as clients, other people who tried to find out about the case. I am very disappointed!
