Great, but too bad the buffet isn't open so you can grab a quick lunch

Free drinks upstairs is nice but not in the poker room

Since the new management has taken over, everyone is saying it has been horrible! You can't even have any fun because your money is gone before you know it and forget about winning! It doesn't happen anymore! From what I've been hearing, Mohegan Sun would rather pay the fines and the government would rather take the money than let any of the customers win squat! We used to get money in the right side of our card every month - NO MORE! We used to get free buffets - NO MORE! THEY EVEN CLOSED DOWN THE BUFFETS DURING THE WEEK!!! That doesn't really bother me since the rolls were stale the last two times I stopped there! And even though we earn the $15 Vouchers, if we don't use them within 24 hours, the casino won't honor them! It should be illegal! Mohegan Sun is s royal ripoff! They should be put out of business. Mount Airy is a thousand times better! They give you so much more than Mohegan Sun. It's not even worth one star but that's the lowest I can go!

Fun time with my mom. Meal good at Timbers. Haven't get there earlier to avoid food being dry

My wife and I had never been to a casino,this was our first experience,what a great place,highly recommend everyone to experience the casino,thank you for making our anniversary so special

Beautiful hotel. Nice location. Clean rooms. Small pool. Overall, I had a great time sleeping here.

The staff in casino was rude it was each encounter inside the casino very sad from blackjack tables to slot machines it was just miserable people and the pit boss male and female seemed to be more onto each other than the customers or clients

Stopped in for dinner at Johnny Rockets. The food and service where good, but I didn't find the atmosphere or accommodations very comfortable. I was not displeased, but at the price point, I could have had the same quality food in a much more comfortable location.

I am from the area and go here a couple times a month. Whether my visit was to play the machines (of which they have a HUGE variety of games to choose from) or to visit one of the many amazing restaurants or high-end stores it is always a great time. I usually go with my mom who has just as many, if not more, good things to say about Mohegan Sun.

We have stayed in the hotel a couple times after attending a comedy show or concert and every time had a great experience. The rooms are beautiful -- very clean and well-stocked -- and the hotel staff are very friendly and easy to talk to.

Whether you are from the area and looking for a night out or from out of town and looking for a nice place to stay, I highly recommend Mohegan Sun. They have a lot of great amenities such as a gym, heated pool, and spa... unfortunately spa services are not included, but the spa packages they offer are TOTALLY worth it!!!

As much good as I have to say about Mohegan Sun, I feel the few negative experiences I have had are also worth mentioning: The personalities in most of the security staff leave something to be desired. I went once 2 days after my 28th birthday and my drivers license was expired. Despite having the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Official Renewal Document that I printed out when I renewed my license online, I was not allowed to enter the "floor" (where the machines/table are) and was actually asked to leave the premises altogether -- I was not even allowed to have lunch there at the restaurant my mom intended to take me to for my birthday. Furious with the interaction I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor and came to find that if you want/need to speak to a manager/supervisor you have to call and speak to someone in guest services and it is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get an actual person on the phone.

One other negative that is more annoying than anything, the girls that take the drink orders often walk by too quickly and have a bad habit of skipping over people after taking someone else's order. The aforementioned caused me to want to give only a 3-star review, but I feel the good/positives outweigh the bad/negatives so I give this place 4 instead of 5 stars that they otherwise deserve.

They have worst customer service... They all look like they are on serious drugs. Have no common sense , staff is not helpful at all.

My 1st time here, signed up for the momentum card and got 20 bucks to play with!! My only issue with Mohegan is they have smoking areas that seem to still spread into the non smoking areas.
The circle design is easy to navigate without getting lost. We are lunch at a reasonable price too !

Casino was very noisy.It was very dark where we ate . I went there for the horse racing.Was clean

Quality hotel rooms. Very clean and comfortable. Fitness center is small, but nice. Nice casino with live events, and many food options.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Lots of games to choose from (slots to poker). Had drinks at Molly O'Sheas, bartender was great, friendly and attentive. Had dinner at Timbers Buffet, food was very good, a lot of options... Tacos, pasta, chicken, pizza, soup, salad and more. Will definitely go back.

Had an amazing time didn't win anything but had a great time losing it all...lol.. coming back next weekend hopefully I'll be lucky then

Today was cool, but the roulette table 'dealer' was out of line...asking for my I'd, them making me remove my mask for future verification......un-acceptable....if this happens again, i will def make noise about it...

I went to go see a horse race. It was really fun. The staff were helpful.

Attended an event at the convention center. The staff was very helpful and venue and equipment was well maintained and comfortable.

Waited 30 minutes for valet this is the worst valet in the state of pennsylvania not enough people on during the weekend not the kids fault mohegan sun needs to look at this go to the sands or mount airys for better service

Go there for the horse races not the casino. Shame they don't have a harness simulcast wall of tvs as compared to have them scattered all over the place.

We visited the horse track and watched the races with our kids. Lots of room for them to run around and have fun.

Some Valet attendants have very little regard for your vehicle once in their care. Moms car was damaged while in the care of the employee parking attendant and when brought it to their attention, we got denied because according to them, there s no video footage of the damage. Very dissatisfied Park at your own risk is their motto obviously

Very clean and comfortable rooms. They are very nice with people with disabilities. Beautiful nature everywhere outside. Conference rooms highly functional. I would like to come there again for sure.

Place had great atmosphere. The bars the entertainment the games and the staff were all very amazing and so much fun. Definitely will be coming back. If you never have been here before go get your points card and give them your email to get your free 20$ slots tokens

The breakers bar had great music and the food was amazing at Rustic kitchen

More smoking sections than not. That was a turnoff. Had a had time finding a non smoking section.

The service was great. The Atmosphere is great but the machines do read the player cards hardly at all. I put quite a bit of money in the machines and got very few points because of this. The gaming area is in a circle and doesn't enough places to get off the gaming floor from.

The Rustic Kitchen and Ruth Chris Steakhouse are the best and the service is always very good

Went for a quick visit. Did not have that great of an experience as i did in other casinos i've been too. But being able to smoke indoor at certain areas is cool.

I don't Gamble, but the drinks are way nice, the variety of dining options are fantastic and the Live Music scene is Awesome.

The security here is super tight which is a great thing if you think about it. One of our friend had an expired photo ID but still wasn t allowed in the casino and he had to go Back to hotel to bring his another Valid ID. We should ve been frustrated but I think it was actually nice to see the security being so tight after all it s for our safety.

We love coming to this casino however on this particular weekend it was overly crowded and it seems smoking in the non smoking areas was not being taken care of and my wife and I hate the smell of cigarette smoke. Other than that fabulous time.

Best casino in the area. Has excellent restaurants and attached hotel. Never had a bad experience with the hotel or guest services.

Always a great and fun experience when we go. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the hotel is beautiful!

Love this place. Clean and mostly friendly staff. Nice games good restaurants and stores. Haven't stayed yet. Buffet is great except Sunday looks alittle lax then. Cheap price though. Always have fun little getaways to here when we can.

So I don't like to gamble but my wife does she doesn't drink but I do so we go out and I drink while she plays server's are so restrictive with the drinks they come off as ignorant I don't know if this is how they are told to act with the drinks or not but it was terrible definitely would recommend going to Mount Airy Casino if your situation sounds anything like mine at Mount Airy they understand the money she's giving them comes from my pocket as well

Wise Crackers Comedy Club was great. A good value and enjoyable evening.

The gambling went very well, and I got a free buffet which was pretty sweet. There was one serious issue though where several other gamblers would be too angry/intoxicated to behave civilly and the casino staff would do nothing to escorts them out. Was pretty frustrating and led to an early exit for me.

Love the horse racing. Hope to be back next year after the pandemic.
