The workers are complete trash. Everyone I spoke with was rude. Billy in the hotel is awful. But the worst is Maria at the players club. If your a real gambler stay away from this place.

Playing time has been cut down considerably. Seems it has gotten harder to earn status points. We have told them several times that we don't get hardly any free play. The stats so they say show we don't play much. That's so untrue. We have noticed hundreds of time that the card shows it needs to be reinstated. When you are into the game you don't notice tgat. According to them we should get new cards. That's a bunch of BS. Fails everytime. Your system should be able to track when the card is successfully inserted properly n you start playing then your card gives you the error it should warn your system of the error n should be corrected online. Friendliness of staff has fallen off. Still wait forever for drinks. The only thing thatbis good is security. Ask for help n they r right on it n don't walk away to problem is being addressed. Bottom line not fun anymore. Oh n status points mean nothing. A lot of repeat winners on your drawings. Come on man we're not that dumb. When is the last time you offered complementary rooms? I only gave the place a 3 because of the help of security staff. To me fun isn't there and I rarely come. You give me 10 dollars if I play 50 once a week? I spent my fair share their not only on the floor but in many of the great shops n resturants. Just from what I see you cater to only a group of your favorite people. Sorry you need to change it up. Mt Airy is a little better. It too has it's flaws.

They rather take a monthly fine of 50,000 than to have a decent payout. You can lose 300 just waiting on a beverage

People smoking in a non-smoking section,very dirty and in need of some new games.

Dodgy at best. 94.7% return on investment. Guaranteed to lose 5.3% of every dollar spent.
A good place to park the kids for a night of drinking ad driving.

It is definitely not the same experience since reopening under Covid restrictions. It's sad.

Great place to lose or maybe win some money. Stay away from the buffet, overpriced and managed poorly. Do try a Wetzel Pretzel though, they rock.

Room was great, servers were slow with drinks, front desk was nice, valet was great, dealers were sociable.

Bring back the 5 dollar dealer blackjack tables please

Had a very good time, they dont off complimentary alcohol though. Only draft bear andother nonalcoholic drinks.

Started out playing slots. It was a bit crowded but there was empty glasses and cigerate butts/ash all over the machines. Was very dirt compare to usual. Bathroom were not much better with empty bottles everywhere. Didnt see anyone cleaning other then emptying garbage cans. Ended the night at Molly O'sheas for food and drinks. Food was excellent and drinks were expensive but its the casio.

We had a wonderful time playing the slots and being with friends! It was really great.

Had drinks at breakers. Casino was very clean and beautiful. Music entertainment was great. I would highly recommend going to the casino.

Pretty big sized casino given the location, huge variety of games from penny slots up including table games like poker, blackjack, and roulette. Friendly staff that are always willing to help. Valet parking available, if you choose to park yourself there are shuttles that will pick you up and drop you off. Great restaurants, from Wolfgang Puck, Bar Louie, Johnny Rockets, Rustic Kitchen, and more. Plus they have the hotel (haven't stayed there yet as I'm a local), the racetrack, and shops as well. Great place to go and have a fun night. Live music at Breakers lounge on a pretty regular basis.

the casino...is filled with all new machines.the day I went i actually won on the older machines.very surprised.

Love Mohegan Sun Pocono. Always a great time and like the rooms. Just wish the free slot play would go back to how it was.

Enjoyed this stopover on the way from NC to NH. Stayed at the hotel, people were friendly, had some luck, cozy casino.

I don't gamble but I like the food choices here. Plenty of parking.

It was a fun experience. Just most went to the casino. The slot machines were fun and plentiful. There were machines of different varieties and styles. The betting tables were nice but I'm not a table betting person. Nice restaurants and the outside scenery is nice. Highly recommend.

MSP was ill-prepared to handle their promotion today. I heard many expressing disgust in not being able to receive the promotion today. I won't go back.

Nice new property with many restaurant and bar options as well as shopping.

I had a really enjoyable dinner at Bar Louie and then dessert and Ben and Jerry's. What else could you need?

Mohegan sun is an OK casino not like Borgia or Vegas machines are typically tight hard to get to machines with all the fencing..one big problem is its always freezing in the casino pretty bad when you have to wear a jacket inside

It was our first time at this casino. We usually go to Mohegan in Connecticut. I must say we really had a good time. The casino was very clean and the slot payoffs seem to be very fair. We spent more than 7 hours playing and looking forward to going back...

It's nice for our area but not as nice as other areas

I love this casino. Their are friendly employees and great drinks. There are amazing restaurants here. Any type of food that you would like you can get, steaks, sushi, bar food, etc.. I like to watch the horses and play video poker. Table games a plenty. Its a great place to burn a few hours and have some laughs.

Christmas buffet at timbers was very disappointing. For the price the food was not good.

Was slow and to many people smoking at the not smoking area. Monday is not the best day to go there.

Before new management took over ,even though you didn't win there was always fun prizes were larger they cut back on everything not a little but lots , as more people realize what they are doing it will be the casino's loss may take a little time but if they don't change its going to be there .

if you love the smell of cigarette smoke this is the place for you I was physically sick after I left this place I'll never ever go there again ever!

It was fine. The staff was nice. They smiled as they greeted you, which for some is no big deal but for me it matters.

We gambled and spent a few 100 dollars, we than drank a few drinks at the different bars and ate at the Irish place. It was very good.

Excellent staff and hotel..... Table games available with friendly dealers. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff was very helpful and courteous. (As with so many others, the only drawback is the smoke filled casino. But, if you can handle the smoke, the casino is a good place to gamble.) We will be coming back. And, they are generous with the comps. (I am done with filthy and inhospitable Atlantic City. This is my new place of choice.)

Went for dinner at Ruth's Chris for a buddy's bachelor party. He won $600 and dinner was amazing.

Their ID policy lately has been overkill. They stop you at so many checkpoints to keep scanning your I'd. My suggestion would be to do it right at the door and either handstamp or wristband everyone. Stop making it such a hastle.

It smells awful everywhere inside and it is extremely dirty.... They look Lin they are short staffed and block off the majority of the entrances. All in all I am very dissapointed it Is definitely at the bottom of my list, definitely the nastiest casino in PA

Really hard to all around and see what they have to offer. My boyfriend and I were carded 5 times in 15 Mins. Very irritating. How is there not a better system?

Very nice professional staff and rooms were excellent.

I cannot recommend Mohegan Sun PA. I did not care for the customer service or the food. Buffet shutdown. And the other restaurants didn't seem to care whether you ate there or not. If you just want to set in front of a slot machine all day I guess it's OK. It appeared clean and didn't stink too much from the cigarrette smoke. There are just too many casinos that treat you MUCH better to waste time here. They should learn from their Connecticut casino how to treat customers.
