My fiance lost over a grand and they would not comp him. The staff told him they do not comp anyone any food, a room or anything. So why would anyone want to gamble here if you are not going to made to feel your patronage is appreciated. Also when he corrected the cashier at the cash window for his correct change they gave him an attitude and practically threw it at him. What's sad is the service at Long John silver's down the road was a million times better than this casino lmao. So yeah this casino is a poor excuse. You'll get better service at an A.C casino or even in Philly.

The only Casino where I never leave a winner. Otherwise very clean and the staff is great.

Nice ambiance. Old slot machines. Rude drink attendants. Last drink is at 2am .....ive never heard of that in a casino. Wish it was a better experience.

Not a big gambler, but a nice place to stay the night when in town. Nicely appointed room and bathroom, and plenty of places to eat and drink. Will definitely stay again!

Nice casino. Got to enjoy indoor dining. No indoor smoking was a good experience too.

Been there a couple of times. There are a lot of different restaurants, gambling is gambling they are all the same. Never been there for concerts or shows.

Had a good time at Ruth's Chris, the meal was excellent. Did not visit the casino; however, from where we were, it was busy.

It was a very bad night there could not get any free spins or win any money!!!

Easy to get in and out of. Pleasant dealers and staff.

The atmosphere has went down hill. Stores close early or going out of business. Machines don't pay out and bonuses are hard to come by. Many employees have quit lately and went else where. Bars are empty and restaurants are expensive and not very good. No fun at Mohegan Sun!

Smoky air problems and restaurant r always changing or not open

No idea how this place has a 4.1 rating. Short staff. Greedy. Smells like cigarettes everywhere.

Old and smokey saw more dead machines then anyplace I've ever been

The room was nice but our service and time at the resturant was not. Our drinks were flat and watered down and the food runners kept delivering the wrong orders to our table.

Machine card readers don't work 75 percent of the time, feel caged in like an animal and horrible if you need to get to an opening in a hurry to get to the bathroom. I feel bad for the elderly people having to walk so far just because the casino is too cheap to staff more security!!! Payback on machines are terrible and comps are even worse!!! In my opinion they give you nothing in return. On top of all that they are now charging to valet parking your car. Where are all the tax cuts that the people were promised when the casino was being built???? Shame on you Mohegan Sun!!! Why don't you take care of your local people instead of the ones who live away?? Lord knows the locals are the ones keeping you in business!!!!!

Good at the racetrack restaurant wasn't great, races themselves were gone.

Went out for date night with my husband and had fun playing slots and walking around, it was clean and always someone nearby to ask for a drinl

Clean casino. Not real noisy. Much better than the sands casino. Nice place to go for food and fun for adults.

Hotel is fine, casino is horrible. Completely rigged as much as possible against the player. Slots are a joke. There are NEVER any jackpots on the casino floor and so-called "giveaways" and "contests" offer a POSSIBILITY of winning up to $100 free slot play. Seriously?? Wheel spins on their "MILLION DOLLAR" wheel have $15 cash payoffs. Player's Club is a TOTAL joke. Video poker play 6/5 pay tables. Electronic blackjack (a game offered on the multi-game video poker machines) pay 1:1 on a blackjack, a total joke. The only game where you have somewhat of a chance of winning is blackjack at the table, however minimums can be high, and it's multi-deck auto continuous shuffled. So even at that, your chances are worse than most other blackjack games. Have fun flushing your money down the drain on their electronic roulette. Countless other casinos throughout the country offer so much better odds to the player, better comps and player's clubs, and better atmosphere and food options. Indian Casinos are ALL ripoff establishments. Mohegan Sun Pocono was hit with a whopping $1 million dollar fine in December, 2017. Look it up. STAY AWAY.

Only made a quick 11 minute stop. Turns out they have a digital roulette table which makes playing pretty smooth, and offers easy ways to learn. Will return again to get my money back!

Nice variety of restaurants would always recommend for great night out with friends and family

Went to Timbers and enjoyed the buffet. The price (about $21.00/person), was a great value considering the large variety of food. Seems to me most people would find something they like. Nice salad and soup bar, Chinese food, Italian and other popular food.

It was a good place overall. The room was clean and had everything we needed. I wish there had been a person to help us with our bags though.

The casino was great a lot of variety. Had a blast at wise crackers comedy club. All staff is very friendly. Only downfall was the amount of cigarette smoke.

Need to loosen up the purse strings. Especially for the people who spend alot in a visit

Pros of hotel: Check in staff was very friendly & helpful, wish I had gotten her name.
Our suite was perfect...extremely clean and modern, very spacious. Fitness area looked well-equipped, but we didn't use it during our stay. Indoor pool was on the small side, but also handicapped accessible, so bonus points for that.

Cons of hotel: Check out staff was horribly rude (early hours of 1/5/2020), wish I had gotten her name. If you go and there is a young woman with blue hair at the desk, ask for someone else to assist you.
We had a problem in the room (loud mechanical noises that made it impossible to sleep) that required maintenance and the previously-mentioned staff implied we were lying and thought it was funny that we had to leave at 3:30 a.m. (or stay in the suite with a nonstop noise like something metal was stuck in a fan) because she "couldn't do" an official check in/check out at that hour.

Pros of casino area: Many different shopping and dining options for all guests. Friendly staff. Quality live entertainment.

Cons of casino area: There is no physical separation between the smoking areas and the (very small) non-smoking areas. You will reek of smoke after a few minutes, whether or not you are a smoker.

Bottom line: highly recommend Mohegan Sun for the hotel experience (especially if you don't have to deal with the blue-haired chick) and any non-gaming activities.

Went to the horse racing it's an afterthought because of the casino next door

Very clean place inside and out. Takes to long to order and get a drink.

The place blows, loaded with degenerates. I would not recommend it.

Average hotel with nothing to do but gambling. The air circulation around the food court and gambling area is very poor. The smell of tobacco fills the room and is irritating to the eyes. The food is also a normal fare.

The online betting won t allow folks to cash out! Very annoying when your money is being held hostage! I d give a Zero star if I could.

Loved it...4 hour drive...not enough incentives to return

The changes there are disappointing. Going to a restroom can be very challenging. But the NUMBER ONE problem is the payouts of the machines, they are terrible, matter of fact I personally I have not seen someone getting paid off in I don't know when. Many people have given up and going elsewhere.

I think google messin up, since this'll be the 3rd time i had to review MSP... good casino (local 4 me) decent size. Bigger than most other PA casinos that I've been to. (Other than Sands (Bethlehem)) free draft beer if your sittin' at a machine or table. Hotel if your chillin' for the eve.

1st of all you have no chance at all to win the way they set it up to cards it's only wins for the house. CasinoATM charges you $5 fee Just to take money out Your own checking account One of the worst casino I ever been to.

Lower level is terrible. But upstairs is a good time. I love bar louie, great drinks, good food.

Don't expect customer service unless your spending enough!

Took all of my money, great experience, will return to lose more money when I earn it.
