Positives :
1- very friendly reception employer name ( Jacky ) she was very helpful and active
2- the Egyptian duty manager was very nice .
3- room was clean and good
4- food was good
5- nice hospitality
6- very nice health center ( except Jacuzzi )
7- over all its nice hotel to stay

Negative :
1- I requested sea-view or side sea-view room at my reservation time but unfortunately this is not happen
2- Jacuzzi wasn't working at first day and after working the water wasn't hot

Our room was perfect - comfortable bed, ability to have kitchen facilities and lovely views. Hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Free airport shuttle was appreciated. The indoor pool was a great way to refresh after sightseeing. We'll return if we have another stop over in Doha.

Excellent hotel and service, great breakfast, kids loved the swimming pool!! Top location to reach Doha's main attraction.

Lovely hotel on West Bay.Staff cannot do enough to assist.Good breakfast and facilities.Too hot for pool (48 Celsius at 11am) .Organised late checkout and private transfers were on time and very efficient.Would recommend to anyone staying in Doha.

Very good Business hotel. The 24 service at the cafe/restaurant "tche tche" is sometimes really useful.

Hotel is good, however, no beach access and no outdoor pool...rooms are a bit run down, but staff are very friendly and breakfast was good

I had a very delightful stay. The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. They remember your name and preferences.

We have enjoyed the stay though it was a short stay. We liked the smile and treatment of the receptionist specially Miss Lyazzat who was cheerful and helpful as well.

I recently moved into a long term serviced apartment in the Movenpick West Bay. I am resident now for 2 Months and I can honestly confirm that I am very happy with my decision to move into the Movenpick. My bedroom, bathroom & Kitchenette facilities are very modern, the housekeeping is superb, the in-house facilities like the restaurant, coffee shop, laundry, pool and gym are fantastic. For me though what makes this hotel really special are the courteous and professional staff from top to bottom that make my stay more homely and totally stress free. In particular I would like to especially thank Panda at the front desk who was there from day one assisting me in my transition into the Movenpick and for her excellent follow up assistance on any issue or query that I had. It is an excellent sign of a good hotel when they employ staff that are professional and customer orientated and Panda is a perfect example of that. I look forward to the months ahead in the Movenpick Westbay.

Nice, comfortable hotel and staff is friendly and very accommodating. Only issue we had was that the room still smelled like smoke even though it was non-smoking. Hotel restaurant dinner and breakfast buffet were very good with plenty of vegetarian/pescatarian options. Locate seems close to several attractions but is about half an hour from airport.

The breakfast food is the exact same everyday. And dinner also literally had nothing much to eat. No clue how this hotel is 5 stars.
The pasta by the thin chef was the only thing which was good.
During check in Dora was helpful and kind but the hotel's room service was very very slow and disorganized and worse than some 3 star hotels in qatar. We recieved the key of our room at almost 6pm that is after waiting for almost 2 hours. I wouldnt recommend this hotel, especially the food.

Mr Japrex at reception area is an excellent employee one can ever have. I enjoyed my stay. I would highly recommend it to everyone

30 minutes waiting for the shuttel in the airport... And now been more than 30 minutes not checked in ..

Very bad smell inside the room and between the floors swimming pool full of Chlorine my kids take showers more than 4 times and still the smell there customer service number 0 unprofessional at all

Was invited to have breakfast here. The selection was great, however the service was lacking. Also, I felt like the layout was too congested - should spread the buffet tables out more!

Cozy and clean. Great views from sea facing room. Great value for your money. Excellent service. They didnt have a razor for shaving though...

Early check-in available was super nice, which i arrive Doha in early morning.
Hope next time, also available for early check in

Very satisfied with the service and helpful staff, I had a very pleasant stay and would visit again. Special thanks to Panda for her attention and help.

Overall experience was very good.
Comments are as follows.
1. Management should not allow any games in the pool area to avoid inconvenience to others.
2. Microwave should also be provided.
3. Additional TV stations should be provided like Filipino Channels.

Hotel was great - loved the bed and the pillows especially and the buffet was excellent. It is a shame there was no good bar - we had to go over to the four seasons.

Clean and friendly Staff. Great Hotel if you don't wanna spend much but stay in a clean and luxury Hotel. Their Breakfast Buffet is amazing and includes every meal you might dream of having on Breakfast! Highly recommended.

Already the second hotel with the same name near the city, it is well positioned in terms of restaurants and service. The quality and the materials that were used to build the rooms are rather typical of the fast and Indian style
