It's great hotel, but the service is not that good.

Awesome hotel and their food was great! Called room service and ordered burger and fries, It was very satisfying

Very good and spacy rooms. Professional hosting and welcoming.
I only stayed shortly for some hours overnight and woke up on the next morning when I realized there is no electricity.
However the staff did all their best to fix it and we got a lot of excuses from everybody for the inconvenience.

Everything was amazing, the staff is friendly and very helpful, breakfast is awesome, the location is absolutely brilliant.

The room areas are excellent and there is a suitable enclosed swimming pool in the winter. I did not like their massage service

It is a very nice hotel and I would recommend it, and the most beautiful of its location and the treatment of upscale staff, I will return, God willing

the Hotel is in the middle of the business district, very well sited, very friendly staff, money for value, its a perfect business location - Will stay there again for sure when I come back.

Excellent service, cleanliness and a sophisticated place and worth the experience without hesitation .. ((But the price is a bit high .. compared to other luxury hotels near it).

When we came bathroom smelly.
Steam bath not available.
Promise 3 cakes but only 2 cakes came.
Toothbrush not available from the room and bathing supplies not enough for 2 guest

Its great property with really superb view of doha bay.
Its swimming pool is really great on top floor of hotel with pool bed overlooking airplane taking off from doha airport.

Rooms well furnished, decent staff, great breakfast variations and quality, very sufficient services, restaurants, gym, pool.
And fast and free wi-fi

1_ Its price is sweet (I took a spacious, clean double deluxe room with partial sea view)
2- Coffee is served in the lobby.
3- The room price includes sauna, jacuzzi, steam, swimming pool and breakfast
4- The pool problem is mixed
5- Utilities services such as sauna and jacuzzi are good for those looking for average price with better services.
6- Breakfast is delicious
7- To fulfill requests in a short time
8- In general a hotel deserves to be visited again

Poor staff that will say things will get done but never commit. Do not trust the timings of the airport shuttle.

The customer service was just okay. The room service food was not very good.

The hotel room was spacious with 1.5 bathrooms but I've been to better hotels.

We stayed one night in transit back to the UK. The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful and the room was lovely. The bed and pillows were so comfortable I wanted to bring them home! We had the buffet dinner and the food was amazing as was breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay and next time we will stay longer

We really like the hospitality of the reception and restaurant staffs. They made us feel very important even though we are not VIPs. I like the room where we stay specially the cleanliness and orderliness of the room. What I only don't like was the parking as i think it cannot accommodate a lot of customers specially during peak seasons.

Nice place and affordable prices. We tried forknife restaurant; the food was good. It could be better. The main lobby is a bit small and there was no any background music. It is clean and neat.

Amazing hospitality, comfortable and spacious rooms. Panda who works at the Reception was of great help during our stay. Would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Doha.

There some professional guy on the reception called Mohamed I guess he is Egyptian one of the most precious thing in this hotel he informed us with all details even very small details that we need to know in the hotel programs once we arrived

They wouldn t pick my call for confirming my queries in advance. When I reached there they wouldn t let me check in because I booked through Discover Qatar. Pathetic service from the front desk. Don t know anything about the rooms or other services.

We had a Leadership Training on the 2nd floor...Area is good for a simple training...though the problem is their toilet which is not available on the same floor for gents...you have to go to ground floor or 1st floor(restaurant area) which is not comfortable to anyone.

They compensate with the food though some food are tasteless...the beef sirlion steak is very hard to chew...overall its ok...

Parking is availble on the area...

I say its a normal hotel for me with regards to their training area and its services.Hope they can do something about toilet services

Lived at this hotel in January. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. All requests were fulfilled with 1 call per reception. Large room, there are bathrobes and slippers, tea set, mineral water, mini kitchen, internet, spacious bathroom, scales .... view from the window on the Persian Gulf. The breakfast is just incredible. They serve delicious Latte or other coffee and tea. A selection of sweets, soups, salads, cheese, even potato croutons were. There are scrambled eggs, sausages .. beans. And the main thing is that everything is very tasty, I had to go for the supplement))) Not far there is a subway on which you can go directly to the airport. Near the park area along the promenade. City Center Doha, a clothing and fast food outlet, is a 5-minute walk.

First of all the hotel is located at a very convenient and beautiful place , and the hotel staff is very friendly , specially the receptionists Monika was very helpful when I had some assistance during my stay.

The hotel is excellent, the room is spacious, the furniture comfortable, but the breakfast is very good

i had requested for a queen/king bed but got a twin room. When i requested they said they don't have any available room with king/ queen beds. There was no green tea available in the room and i had to call to request for green tea to be provided in the room. Housekeeping staff was good.

A beautiful centrally located hotel. Amazing hospitality. Buffets were delicious with a lovely variety of food to choose from

i liked stay there
for room its okay but mini bar free item like free water ,tea , coffee not enough
i tried fork & nife open buffet but food not that much fresh and no more choice for arabic food
gem & swimming pool area is good even swimming

Though there was almost an hour of waiting at check-in because the room was not ready, they were very quick with the requests I made. We enjoyed our stay there and thank you for the gift as well.

I was aspect more from this 5 star hotel especially from restaurant.
Buffet wasnt all fresh like mushroom artchok some finger food croissant and some pastry.
Buffet wasnt't ritch enough with not many choices of food. About coffe usually when hou ask for cappuccino you aspect espresso and milk w froth..... was just boiled milk with bit coffe after wait so long.
My delax room was nice and really big w nice panoramic view very confortable bed and pillow!
Was dust in the kitchen area!!
There is really nice inside pool with spectacular view.

when i arrived at 2am in the morning, the toliet wasnt working.
in the room the main light switch, switches off all the electric sockets including the power sockets which doesnt make sense

The hotel is very great for guests looking for calm. The reception staff is very respectful. The standard of hygiene is very excellent. There is a note on the health club Jacuzzi and sauna is not available all the time. The hotel for families and children is the best and comfortable. We thank reception manager: Hassan Al-Masry. The swimming pool have nice view from the top floor

I liked the room very much. The bathroom sparkles with its cleanliness. The staff is good-natured. At the reception the girl in Russian explained everything a big thank you. Breakfasts are delicious. The swimming pool is cool. And the view is awesome, on the 26th floor, panoramic windows, a steam room, a Jacuzzi and so on. With the price very lucky 100 euros a day with breakfast. The location is good near the beautiful promenade in the evening the city sparkles. There is a small shop near the hotel Gurve. Access to the beach through the hotel HILTON
