When the order came home I noticed that the profiles were missing.
I called them to inform them and they did not want to know anything. His only solution was to return the product to them.
Not only that, they were quick to modify the characteristics of the product on their website in order to justify themselves.
I tried to agree on a solution and they refused to reach any agreement.
Obviously, and in anticipation of some possible trick, as it happened, I printed the characteristics and photos of the product before giving them time to make modifications.
Since they have no intention of reaching an agreement, I will proceed legally.
I certainly won't recommend it to anyone.
Be very careful with what you buy from them, make sure that the product you receive conforms to the advertised characteristics and what you have bought.
