Bad online shopping experience. The transport agency they work with is really bad which resulted in a delay in delivery. Also I have had to make a change of one of the items (oroley coffee maker) and the process for the change is tedious and uncomfortable for the customer. To avoid further delays I asked to make the change in the store and even after receiving the confirmation email, when I showed up at the store I was charged for the product at store price instead of online price because the person in charge had had an error . Quite a mess of online process. Despite being used to shopping in various stores through the internet, even outside the country the shopping experience is really bad. They should improve the product exchange system urgently. Despite everything I give it two stars because the products are of quality and at a good price.
