I join the club of bad experiences with this company. I placed an order for some lamps and it did not arrive on time and they did not notify us that it would be delayed or the new delivery time. Apparently one part had received it and the other did not know when it would arrive, so I had to redo my order with what they had in stock. I have a company and I really needed delivery and I had the guarantee terms or at least an explanation. They charged me 6 for the price difference and I asked them to accept the difference due to the inconvenience but they did not agree. Tip: if you have to meet delivery deadlines do not have Modrego Hogar, they are not serious.
