My Service Advisor, Ray Jones, was great! He took time to explain my service both before and after the service was performed. He called me promptly when the car was ready, and he even offered to have the car washed. Very impressed with him and also the value of the service.

Originally thought the problem was low tire pressure, but problem appears to be broken wheel rim. While I ve not enjoyed visiting three times, each time I ve been treated warmly and very courteously. The free water & sodas are a great touch, and the shuttle service is excellent.

A dealership can only be effective if they are run...

A dealership can only be effective if they are run by service oriented, customer driven individuals, thus I recommend Stephen Butcher who we have had couple transactions and he had been very accommodating all throughout. Good job Modern.

Overall this was a great place to shop. Niven was professional and got me a great deal. Didn't pressure me and let me go home and think it over. Deal was still good the next day and even though it was late and he was suppose to go home he stayed to get things done right. Can't say anything negative. With that said avoid the Ford dealership on peters creek. Rude staff and they will try to rip you off. Stick with this dealership if you want fair value and an enjoyable experience.

I would not go anywhere else. It is a 45 minute drive to go for service but their service is excellent! They do not try to tell you to get things done to your car when it doesn't need it like other Toyota Dealerships have done in the past. If I could give a higher star rating I would! We had a problem with our sunroof and Modern went above and beyond to fix it. Stephen was excellent!!! Thank you Modern Toyota of Winston.

Dewayne in the service department made my day today! He did not hesitate to go above and beyond in every aspect. He set me up with a rental for my 4+ hours service and then offered to wash my car when he realized that wasn't done. A++ service. Thank you!

I had a few recalls on my car... Spoke with Modern.. Ordered the parts, let me know when they were in and scheduled an appointment. Dropped it off and all was done within 5 hours.. Couldn't have been any easier..

I brought my RAV4 in for scheduled maintenance. My inspection will be due next month and the attendant checking me in noticed that and offered me an inspection while I was there! I really appreciated this!! I also was offered a complimentary car wash (even though I was the last appointment of the day)!

Just waiting for my first 5000 Toyota care service! The service tech Worth has always been great to inform me about issues that have concerned me. He is very knowledgable with the electronic system & figures out why somethings happen especially in the newer cars!

I thought there was an Express oil change available? I had an appointment at 7:45 for an oil change only. I had my son with me because I was thinking Iit wasn't going to take long. They finished at 10:15. I have never waited this long for just an oil change here. I guess there's a first time for everything.

Great place for car shopping. I was last there helping my parents decide on a new car. I would suggest the sales people not tell potential customers how the "other guys" work in any way. The sales guy spent a good 10-15 minutes "explaining" the differences between them and another brand, how their warranties work to my father.

We left there and went to the "other guy" and specifically asked for details concerning what the Toyota guy said.

Toyota guy was completely wrong.
They have great cars- they don't need to misrepresent another brand to sell their own.

When we bought my car, the sales person was going to sell it to us for full price despite there being a dealership sale on their website. It was only after we brought the sale up on our phones did the sale price change. They didn't even apologize for not acknowledging the dealership sale price.

In the future when we buy another Toyota, it will be because we know it's an excellent product, not because of the sales staff due to these two incidences years apart from each other.

I applaud Daniel for his outstanding service to purchase a vehicle over the phone! I give him five stars! The one star is for the female finance person who used underhanded tactics to call my 20 yr old to discuss additional coverages instead of my husband the co-signer who has the final say!! But thankfully I was within earshot and overheard the conversation, and although he tried to handle everything, I advised him of what to do. In defense of this person, it was explained to me that she was new and didn't know better, thought son had just as much say so. For that reason I updated my review.

I had the best salesman Sam Petro. He listened to what I wanted He brought the right car for me to test drive. I loved the car. It was a 2018 RAV4. I decided to buy it. We started the paperwork. He was with me the whole way. I could not have asked for a better salesman. I have purchased two cars from Modern. I will tell as many people about my experience and Sam Petro. They delivered the car to me. Talk about service. Sam thank you for all that you did.

By far the best rental car experience I have ever received. The people were efficient and friendly. They took care of all of the details and there was nothing more I could have asked for! I don't think I would ever rent from another place now. Yep...that good.

My wife and I have two entirely different experien...

My wife and I have two entirely different experiences with Modern Toyota. One with Sale which was fantastic. Especially we worked with Michael Sutton. Every time we went there, they treated us so nicely and friendly. And we got a very nice car from them. The second experience was at the Modern Toyota body shop for my older car. Our experience at Modern body shop was horrible and so disappointing. However, I must give 5 stars to the sale department and a galaxy to Mr. Micheal Sutton.
