Good pizza, decent price, good service. First time going to one of these chains. They explained how it works and that all the topping options are included. They had a gluten free option and even offered to change gloves and use a different cutter to avoid contamination. The pizza cooked quickly and tasted great.

The staff are very friendly and informative, always smiling. They look as though they enjoy their work. The prices are fair and the toppings are generous and delicious. And, pizza is cooked in a quarter of the time it takes at conglomerate pizza restaurants. Thin crust or risen are good choices!

A fun experience. You get to build your own pizza! A great selection to choose from, including sauces, veggies, meats, cheeses, and seasonings. The crust was very thin, but that makes the mini size pizza just perfect for one adult.

Service was very friendly and it only took a few minutes to cook. Delicious!

Delicious but the line took at least 1/2 an hour. A great place to stop though while looking at the tourist stuff in Seattle. Had my friends take my kids to the playground outside while I ordered. You can order online, though, from your smart phone while somewhere nearby. Would recommend so that way you can just pick-up, eat, and enjoy there rather than waiting.

Mod, the second chance program that fires you for being sick.
Also the reason your servers are talking fast or trying to move fast is because your pizza has an 8 minute time limit. If you make a pizza mountain your server is going to get in trouble.
If you put your fingers over the glass that's a health violation and when your server tries to get you to stop don't be rude, take your fingers away from the glass, they're trying to do their job.

A tourist spot, so you get many tourist germs, no chance to recover unless you wanna lose your job. Sick workers usually work in the back with prep and dishwashing.

Last day I worked here I didn't get lunch(illegal)infact most of my coworkers didn't get a lunch that day(super illegal), I was sick, I got even worse so I called out the next day and got fired.

Like I'm gonna kill myself for your pizza.

The new DM got there half way through my training, fired people left and right, took people from her own store which had a lower minimum wage filled up the shop, meanwhile back in Silverdale they probably had to hire a bunch of new trainees.
Complained that I didn't smile enough, then brought in someone who didn't smile at all.

The manager here is cool, the servers are pretty cool, the dm sits there, complains about people taking their mandatory breaks even when it's 30 minutes late(illegal), will mean mug you when youre making pizza and putting them back on the table for no reason, just stare you down everytime you turn around, sometimes will plain ignore you if you're working in the back together. How special.

I love the pizza. I should say,

I LOVE the pizza here. But..
I HATE the lines and the wait. The wait is abusrd. I am so lucky I have one in West Seattle.

We ordered online and thought the pizza would be delivered to us. Thinking this was completely my fault.

We called the restraint to confirm our order and we're told it was waiting for us and they don't deliver.

When we arrived we were comped the pizza which was very generous considering the mix up was on our end.

The pizza was great and the staff were even better!

Thanks,
James

They make your pizza like a subway sandwich! Add toppings to make your own. For a pizza made from scratch, it s relatively fast ...it s probably not within expectations that this would be made as soon as you ordered it.

Tastes great, fresh toppings. The location is busy though. If you re unlucky, I have see 20+ people in the lineup. If you can be patient, get ready for a great pizza. If you just want to eat and run you re probably better going somewhere else

I am usually very happy at mod pizza but this location at Harrison St inside the Seattle center pavilion. Sucks. All the great stuff that makes mod pizza is taken away. The guy who takes your order doesn't allow you to stay with Pizza and make sure the right ingredients end up on your pizza in the right amount. I never paid $10 for a small pizza with no sauce on it before. Mod at Harrison St doesn't do even a decent job. The pizza had almost no toppings and the crust was burnt. I should have asked for a redoo but fididn have the time. Won't come to this mod again.

The pizza is yummy for the price. The line sometimes seems to back up so that the pizza is done before you even have had a chance to pay. Some of the employees appear to be over this whole customer service thing. It's still a pretty good experience and I think you have to just take it as it comes.

Even though my pizza came out nice the people were acting like they were in a rush and didn't care about you or your order my friends pizza was raw and all the topping were in the middle and they place was very dirty and flies were everywhere.
