These guys totally screwed me. They (as a Coachella Music Festival ticketing processor) billed me in error. Not recognizing the charge emanating from a "GingerBread Shed", I flagged the charge as fraudulent. with my credit card company as any prudent man would do. (Recall the Coachella customer file being hacked in 2017 so stranger things have happened!) Now as it turns out, the GBS personnel admitted that their "engineering" department made an error and I was told the charge will be reversed. But who is going to compensate me for my time in having to re-route all of my recurring monthly charges (including Coachella) to a new card number? GingerBread Shed's "mickey mouse" error is costing me both my time and effort. Not happy!

Purchased $8k worth of tickets to the Waste Management Open - only received part of my order. No one picks up the phone or answers emails.

Had an issue with my order and called in for assistance. Representative was very helpful and understanding.

Pulled money from my bank account without me knowing or giving me a heads up. Other reviews have said its some coachella thing (which i do have a payment plan for) but every other time on my bank statement it just says Coachella weekend two music festival. Not Gingerbread Shed Corp. I called my bank and had them cancel the charge. now i will have to call all my auto payments and have them switch cards.

Tried to purchase Albuquerque Balloon Festival tickets. Elevate ticketing system works poorly.
1. Requires account creation for ticket purchase - should allow guest purchase requiring account creation involves too many errors and too much processor capacity when tickets are purchased in large quantities at start of festival.
2. Account creation does not login new user and does not greet user / purchaser on screen. Purchaser / user does not know they are logged in and can purchase.
3. User / purchaser with newly created account is not notified of success or failure via email.
4. Account creation on tablet may not display entire account creation process causing problems.
5. Failed login does not prevent user / purchaser from adding to cart; user should be advised onscreen.
6. Request new password does not work.
7. System gives very little feedback to user as to progress.

thanks for pulling money out of my acct today under a name which I was totally unfamiliar with at a time that it was not to be debited causing me to report fraud on my account AND then the bank rightfully so closed my card causing me to have to wait for a new card to be mailed and causing me to have to update all my monthly auto debits. strong work guys. Yes, that s a massive run on sentence bc I m pissed.

Gingerbread just made a unauthorized transaction on my bank. Website claims that they are affiliated to Coachella. Had to report the transaction as fraud and thanks to them now I have a hold on my account and I need to take time to change my card information on all my auto pay accounts.

have almost a year prior for each every event you help and still have issue with getting out tickets in a timely manner.. waiting for the day you guys go under.
