Mobile Marriott Review

Been going there for several years for monthly meeting. Even though it was freezing outside, first time I wasn't freezing during luncheon. Quality of the food wasn't as good as it used to be.

Incredibly fancy, beautiful red wood fixtures as well.

Donnell, Front Desk Agent, was AWESOME! Assisted my handicapped relative with ease, and made us feel welcome. Room had a great view;clean, nice and quiet. Had problem with the a/c and fridge, but the maintenance technician appeared promptly More

We ( my grand son and I) was there for the Jehovah witness convention, and our stay was great! The only problem was the doors, they was very
loud, could that not be fixed? I didn't even mind that you did not offered free breakfast, but the doors kept me awake half the night, but I still give it 4 stars, very comfortable beds and pillows, I will most definitely stay there again.

The building is huge! I really loved the look of the lobby and the staff was very helpful. I was directed to where I needed to be.

Service was okay had a banquet room for a family dinner was really nice

Booked this hotel at the last minute, the Hotel was very nice, we wanted to checkout the fireworks because the weather wasn't cooperating, got there and ask for a high floor, and we were on the 20th floor, thought it was gonna be awesome, It poured , so bad that we couldn't even see the fireworks,so was very happy that we got the room, but we definitely felt bad for the people at the moon pie drop. But the hotel was great

Needs remodeling asap. However, the service is outstanding.

Cozy, next door guests were a little loud, but nothing to be done about that.

Stayed for funeral, staff was amazing, comforting and safe environment despite Covid 19.

Upon checking in the staff was a little unorganized but friendly and helpful. I chose this hotel because of the amenities and the fact I travel with a dog. After being in the room a short while my dog became severely sick. After discovering rotten food under the chair ( crab legs and claws ), I brought the matter to the staff who were completely non compliant and completely uninterested in resolving the matter. I travel frequently and this is the first time I've ever checked out of a hotel early. I was completely disgusted with the lack of support in resolving the matter. I recommend finding another hotel that has clean rooms and organized staff that cares enough to resolve a situation. I will never stay at this location again and doubt i will visit any Marriott location because of this situation.

This was the worst hotel ever. The rooms were extremely warm and reported it to the front desk and nothing happened. The rooms are average and don't even have a microwave. You had to go downstairs to use this miniature mirowave to reheat food or anything you bought into the hotel. There was no complimentary breakfast because this was extra in addition to renting the room. The bathroom door hits the toilet when you open it so you have to step all the way into the bathroom and close the door to sit down on the toilet. The shower was very small and the shower head was not adjustable. The beds were uncomfortable. Will never book a room at any other Marriott hotel again. I will stick with Hilton hotels as they are more superb by far.

They wouldnt give me extra pillows and all the trashcans in each hall were overflowing.

The staff at the Marriott is the best rooms were nice and clean and everybody was so very friendly

I like Marriotts, but this one wasn't as upscale as some that I've been to. It was a nice hotel though.

the wonderful staff. the housekeeper kept my room so clean. she did very very good job cleaning my room. I had good time stay at hotel.

A beautiful feeling staying at the 15th floor and looking outside the window. This is a nice and clean place to spend the night. Customer service is beyond excellence and condiments are available to guests at all times. This location has a nice seat area outside. I will definitely visit in my next trip. Has a huge parking lot. Close to my favorite place "Starbucks" :)

This hotels rooms are very well maintained and the lobby is gigantic and the workers of this hotel are very nice.

The rooms aren't the best, three start for them. But the gym is one of the most complete I have ever been to in a hotel, 5 stars for the gym. So overall 4. Not a bad choice and I will return if in the area for work again.

Dated bathroom and carpet, although clean. Would have gotten higher however, we had room cleaning banging on our door @ 8:30am wanting to clean the room. Considering we had only arrived at 1am, I wasn't thrilled to have been woken up like that.

Warm welcome and good food for a breakfast meeting. Av equipment worked great and the location was perfect

Doesn't matter how much you ask for a clean room it's like impossible moved me from the first room I wish I could post the video I took the on I'm in now is worse stains an hair that wasn't mine I never thought that a marriott would look or smell like this very unsatisfying

It's an older hotel, but well maintained. The staff was welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. Everything was as expected.

Enjoyed it. Everything was nice and friendly staff. Will stay there again next time. Thanks for helping out on a bad trip.

I was in their ball room for a banquet, the food was alright, but the waiters were amazing. They were very friendly and everything was set up nicely.

Great hotel with an excellent staff. Very clean and well appointed hotel in some convenient location.

Terrible experience. Rooms were never cleaned and desk service was terrible. We were charged extra for no reason at all and the transport to port is slow and the vehicles don't hold enough people/luggage.

No business center, restaurant and bar were closed, no shampoo which they claimed shipment was late(sams club directly across street), handed me soap and was told this is what they have. They made no attempt to make right. Paid 194 dollars for a Marriott and it was the worst I've ever stayed at.

Standard rooms but expected a little better from Marriott. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Excellent restaurant, tried breakfast, lunch, and dinner and honestly wasn't disappointed. Not the best food quality however the chef there is perfect. Everything was perfectly cooked, made the experience there much better knowing we could go downstairs for food at any point. Hotel is under renovation and looks to be even better in the future. Would recommend

We stayed at the Marriott in Mobile, Alabama and we loved it, the room was nice there were resturaunts and stores in walking distance.

We received great service from a very friendly staff. The rooms were very clean.

It looks good from the outside and customer service is nice but it's overpriced for what you are getting. The rooms are completely outdated, the ones with two beds have full beds no queen like any other hotel, the cover under the sheets had stains, we had to remove the sheets because my baby spit up on them and the cover had a huge pee stain. Some of the light bulbs were out and The room didn't even have a microwave and they don't offer free breakfast. Not sure how it's rated a 3 star. On the plus side, they are pet friendly (they charge a $50 fee for the pet per stay) and there's a lot of food places and stores within minutes from the hotel

Attended company luncheon serving staff severely under staff.

The room was excellent. The parking lot is very unsafe. We had property stolen out of our vehicle. They can t help us because they aren t responsible for their parking lot. We will never be staying here again.

Held the eid al adha prayer here for the Muslim community it was very nice and the staff was both helpful and friendly

I've stayed her often and this hotel seriously needs renovations. Also, table was nasty and the mirror was nasty. They obviously don't clean the rooms well. I informed the front desk. I won't be staying here anymore.

Hotel was outdated but acceptable, however; the pool which was promised on all websites was no there! Absolutely unacceptable und wrong information.

So I m staying here now for a family reunion. We have about 60 people here that have rented rooms. They surprise us and say the pool Is completely demolished! The manger Kevin apologized to us and stayed we have access to Courtyard Marriot located in the same plaza. Once we arrived at the courtyard Marriott they allowed our children in the pool for about 30 minutes and then the courtyard Marriott said we were not authorized to invite more than 10 people. I will never stay here again, the customer service is terrible!!! They didn t try to accommodate us in at all!!!

Room was good. Service was awesome, specifically the staff were so friendly. Great stay, good hotel.

Recently went to Ked Plasma in the Marriott. The experience was great. Process was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly. The Marriott itself looks impressive. There is a small pool in the back that is right next to a Pokemon Go gym. If you plan Pokemon, it's worth your time to stop by. The gym is heavily trafficked, so it changes color every 20 to 30 minutes.

Loved the view from the room, it sets high enough so you can see the city lights. Clean and cozy!

Have to give this room a 3. I just really expected more from this hotel. My room had a slight old musk smell . My sheets and pillows had stains. Customer Service is what made this stay ok. Won t stay here again. Wished I could post pictures to show where I am telling the truth.
