This was an okay place to stay wish the rooms had a little more luxury for the price

The stay was decent, and the rooms were quiet. What stood out the most on our stay was Cassandra the waitress. We came for lunch and she welcomed us with a warm presence. The next morning we came for breakfast and we sat for almost 30 min with no server but Ms Cassandra saved the day we she walked in on her shift, even remembering our names from the day before. We spoke with Ms Viva and she was so understanding and sweet. The two best staff members by far. Because of those two rating is a 5 if not be cause of them then they would get a 2 star. Thanks Cassandra and Viva!!!

Hotel was very nice, staff was friendly. The Cleanliness of the room we where in was not to par. There was a dirty cleaning towel left in the room, also a previous guest medication left on the floor and the Kleenex tissue was stuffed back in after being taken out with only 3 tissues left in the box. Hopefully this doesn't happen often. I chose this Hotel because of the 3 1/2 Star rating. Again staff was amazing

The employees were great. The bathroom was dirty. They don t have a pool. The elevator says there is a pool but they took it out. They turned it into a patio.

The rooms were clean and the linens are nice and fluffy. We had a safe in our room so there's no worries of any possible losses or thefts. Also beneath the television stand there was a coffee maker and small refrigerator. The staff was cordial and inviting, everyone from the front desk to the restaurant and bar staff made you feel welcome. There is a fitness facility on the first floor looks to be equipped with free weights and elliptical machines, but I didn't have a chance to check that out. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise. The food was great our waiter was knowledgeable and accommodating. The bartender does not cheat you on your drinks. I had the crab mac and cheese and it was not imitation crab. Real blue crab! If you're looking to stay here, you should be happy doing so. The bathroom is very small and the bathtub does not drain very well, but it is an older building. And depending upon where your room is you will have a terrific view of the town!

Older hotel. Needs some updating, but the rooms were clean and the shower pressure was great! No coffee pots in the rooms.

While the room was nice and spacious, the dining was a complete joke. I don't expect culinary masterpieces in a hotel lobby but I do expect reasonably tasting food. My husband and I spent 50 dollars on food that tasted and appeared to be microwaved. Our shareable plate was sloppy and overpriced. Our waiter was friendly but it was obvious he was overwhelmed by the amount of customers at the bar. He seemed to be doing the job of 3 people. Due to a long day of traveling, having the luxury of not leaving the hotel was something we looked forward to. Very disappointed.

Was a fine stay good night's sleep but had some loud neighbors.

Went there for an interview, it's a beautiful and clean place and the staff is very friendly.

Great location for meetings. Pleasant spaces and the catering is tops.

Good amenities, great work out room, not much to eat around the hotel though.

Attended a Bridal Expo as a photographer, friendly staff and good food.

The pillows were a little uncomfortable and the service always wanted to help you. The location was great. It was around a mall and lots of restaurants.

I was at the Mobile Marriott for a party. The staff was fantastic, the drinks were great, the venue was super. The food was subpar. The dessert (Bananas Foster) was excellent.

Great room, view from my room is 5 star, customer service is excellent, people are very friendly, the whole atmosphere is excellent. Room is very clean and comfortable. I have no complaints.

only one large towel and one bar of soap. Stayed at the downtown Marriott three nights earlier and was very nice.

Great hotel and very conveniently located to the airport. Staff is very courteous and professional. I had the pleasure to work closely with Miss Rosie (General Manager) of the property as I unfortunately left a personal article behind during my stay. Not only were she and her staff able to locate it, they sent it back to me in perfect condition. They truly went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of during my stay and after my departure. Customer for life at this property!

Friendly staff overall. Great, efficient and polite staff in the dining area. The rest of the property is what you'd expect from Marriott.

A once glamorous hotel currently a bit deteriorated. Still very friendly staff.

No indoor/outdoor pool, the staff was courteous and somewhat prompt when request were made (extra towels, remote control). The room was spacious and somewhat clean. I had to get a towel and clean the decorative mirror and the vent behind the chair. It's hard to tell just from standing but the carpet was dirty, needs a sterile cleaning. The water was hot from the shower. The lobby is really beautiful... I'll give the breakfast buffet a scale of 6, only because the staff was so accommodating and with a smile. The bed was very comfortable, the view was awesome, and the streets have no potholes.

Solid overall, nothing spectacular that stood out. However the service was prompt, the parking was adequate. The rooms were clean, the only knock is it's an older hotel and room decor feels old. All room amenities worked fine save for no fan for the bathroom.

My husband and I stayed here for our first honeymoon and we enjoyed every night. The breakfast was awesome and the room was so comfty during our stay. I like that the mall is located close by the hotel as well.

We love staying here when visiting University of South Alabama

I stay here for work a few times a year. The staff is friendly but I feel like this hotel has been under renovations for years. This trip, the lounge was closed. Up next guest rooms are being updated. I guess that will take another 1+ years.

They removed the pool and since they have Direct TV there are at least 3 Stations blocked. I did not look further. I scheduled our family reunion here a year ago. There are usually @200 people in attendance for 3 days. The hotel staff changed completely since I booked a year ago. Now tomorrow I have to go face all those people who will be disappointed. Already got an ear full in the lobby from one member. I am just sick about how this turned out.

Nice hotel. We stayed on the 19th floor which provides a nice view of the area. The parking lot is being worked on so access is inconvenient right now.

Older hotel, but clean. Staff are kind. Breakfast is decent. Great location in the city to get out and explore Mobile and surrounding areas. Check out Dauphin Island - this place is beautiful to experience.

The lobby is pretty and the front desk clerk was personable. The bed was comfortable enough. The bathroom is super cramped so don't expect to fit more than one person in at a time. I wasn't a fan of the way the toiletries smelled and there was hair from someone else on one of the bottles. Water pressure was strong. No bags for dirty laundry. You could hear people loudly banging doors closed most of the night which was unsettling.

One of the worst places I have stayed at so far! The hotel was so HOT so I turn down the temp to 65 and it stayed at 76 the whole time. Woke up several times in the night because of how hot it was and my whole body was sweating. The fire alarm went off at 8am in the morning for absolutely no reason! My sisters who also stayed at this place had the exact same experience.

Mobile Marriott is center to Mobile and has great access to the mall and downtown mobile.

It is nice and clean. For the price I think it should be more of a studio. It has a nice gym and plenty of seating areas. The outdoor courtyard was really cool. The staff was nice and tried to move my crews room to the same floor. It is in a great area for shopping and right nextdoor to the Bel air Mall. it's only about 5 miles from the heart of Downtown Mobile but takes 15 to 20 minutes to get there.

Beautiful place to stay was there for business training food was awesome

I love the outside, but the rooms need some work. My entire family stayed here for my wedding. My dad's room had such bad mildew that they had to switch his room.

The a/c worked itself to death trying to cool. It was a decent cool at night set on 67. It was 72 during the morning hours and remained on as it couldn't cool. The widow overlooking the city was dirty and being an East facing window, it was shut to keep the sun from blinding me. The room was a 12x23ish with a small bathroom. They provide 1 set of towels and request you help conserve water by reusing the towels but you can ask and they will bring fresh sets if needed. My stay was 1 night so that was of no concern. They offer a business center and gym - also not used. The room has a nice desk, decent lighting and a nice office chair. There was an additional chair with a side table as well that I found to be relaxing. There are also LED reading lights on the bed that I tested last night with a quick read from the complimentary Bible. I enjoyed their use and the light was perfect on the pages. The king bed wasn't to my comfort level, neither was the pillows so it was a hard night sleep.

The Sage restaurant for the continental breakfast was worth the night. I had the most wonderful assistance there. The eggs were ok, bacon was good and some delicious blueberry muffins and a banana with coffee and an orange juice. Again, the lady that was assisting in the dining area was 5 stars! I did tip her as she was well deserving of more than I had to offer but as it was unexpected to be served I was unprepared. This is of course optional and not required by the establishment.

Overall, the hotel is clear, safe, good location and decent parking and the staff were all top notch. I've had more comfortable beds but for more money too... consider location to your needs for choosing to stay here and the breakfast is free and the staff friendly.

Nice beds. Shower/tub combo only worked as a shower, but that's what I wanted.

First time in Mobile and somehow this Marriott overbooked my reservation. Hotel manager called me right after I landed and informed me. She was a sweetheart. Gave me a nice free dinner, 10k points to my account, and relocated me to a decent partner hotel across the highway. Great service! Would book with again!

Conveniently located right off the interstate and multiple stores

Room's space is narrow because of furniture and a lot of noises. No microwave; no refrigerator, just an electric cooler. No free breakfast. You need to connect to wifi, every single day. Alarm clock not working. The rest is acceptable.

Service had been amazing, rooms are clean and staff friendly! Breakfast is expensive but good.

Great rate and pleasant stay. SUPER friendly front desk check in. It's not with every customer service interaction you make sure to remember that person's name... So, thank you Katrina! Y'all better hope she checks you in!

Clean rooms. Courteous staff. Noise due to some event going on in the hotel.

No concierge lounge (being renovated). Dated rooms. Bland food in the restaurant along with slow service. Shower was hot and the rooms were clean, so I guess that's something.
