We stayed here for one night and we enjoyed out stay very much. The staff was extremely friendly and prompt. The only thing I would say needs a closer look is the cleaning just little detail like behind the toilet.
Bathroom sink and tub was not draining properly, i told the front desk and he seemed to not care. Will never stay there again.

It was a nice hotel. A little dated and the airhandler unit in the room was very noisy. Apparently this is a problem throughout the hotel. People were very friendly.

Nice place. It's can be a little loud. The doors are loud when they close and you can easily hear people in the halls or in other rooms.

The one star is for Saundra, the manager on staff during my stay. As a professional who travels 45+ weeks of the year, and stays solely at Marriott properties, this isn t even close to Marriott standards. The first room I was placed in smelled horribly. The second was visibly filthy. There was dirt on the bathroom floor, celephane wrappers on the floor and more than 4 pieces of garbage under the bed (including a container of something unknown, and a balloon still semi inflated. This hotel would be better served being dozed down and rebuilt. The smell throughout is off-putting at best. Everything is very outdated and gross. I would not recommend this Marriott property. Positive feedback is the staff is very friendly.
Attended a professional event. Staff was great. Conference room could have been more comfortable (upgraded chairs would be nice). It was hard to tell where I was going when I walked in, had to ask for directions. A big sign telling me where to go would've been helpful.
My family and I have enjoyed our time at this hotel. They treated us like family and took excellent care of us.
The service at the hotel was mediocre. The breakfast server didn't greet us. The early check-in room was taken, but they got us in a room, and we didn't have any towels. The refridgerator was not on and hidden in the room. It's in a okay location in Mobile.
There was an event and I was just on the third floor, the sound traveled up the open atrium. If you need sleep and get put on the third floor , request a different room. Other then that a fantastic venue.
I stayed on the 19th floor with a great view. The bar/restaurant is very nice. Plus the 24hr gym is one of the best I've seen.
Very nice, quaint, & peaceful place. Everything in the room is perfectly clean, which was my main concern. Lobby is gorgeous.
I live in Mobile. I had a bad experience as a customer. The people who work in the restaurant on the bottom floor make for a bad first impression.
The general manager at the Marriott in Mobile Alabama on Airport Boulevard is ! races I ve been staying at that hotel for three years before she ever got there and never had no problems so I m letting everyone know please do not stay at that Marriott because she is racist alone with one of her staff members by the name of Donna it s also recess.. I hope NO ONE will never Stay there.

Multiple safety concerns. No safety gear worn by employees during COVID times. No room service available and neighbors kept my family up all night in terror.
Stayed at this particular Marriott since it was pet friendly and I was traveling with my dog. We had a smooth check in and no issues during our stay.
This hotel is centrally located in the city. Just a short distance from many businesses, restaurants, and shopping options. Great option when traveling for business.
Great staff and centrally located. It also has a club lounge which helps cut costs. The entire Front Desk team is absolutely amazing!! They remember many guests by name and treat guest like family. Mrs. Juanita in the cafe is also fantastic!
It is very up to date with all of its accomodations, and the staff is very friendly and hospitable.
Swimming pool out of order. Only one working elevator. So far its not looking to good. I may give a better rating after my week stay here.
We were stranded n Mobile, Al. The hotel was reasonable, clean, close to all shops and the concierge gave us freebies since we were stranded.

Horrible do not stay here! We got charged for somking and we don t even smoke! Never have never will hate cigarettes! Said there was proof of smoking and if that was the case then they didn t clean good from last time! We was hardly even in the room besides to sleep! Won t give us our money back and they just keep telling us to call back!
The hotel check in staff were very friendly. The rooms are fine, the furniture is a bit antiquated. There are patios connected to the rooms however there is no access to them.
Disgusting. Refused to clean our rooms. Trash dirty towels in corridors for DAYS. Front desk associate rude. Do yourself a favor stay somewhere else. Never could speak to mgt. Had to ask for clean towels every day then they wanted to limit how many allowed. Typical attitudes for this area. Uncaring and no pride in themselves or their hotel.

There was food left out in the hallway. there was a wrapper from a female health product on the floor in my room when I arrived. the sink drain stopper thingy didn't work. the shower could only half work, you couldn't get all of the water to come from the shower head vs the bath. The elevator buttons on the right side of the 14th floor were out of service. Generally seemed to be an older hotel where you're starting to see the effects of age and lack of care. Would not visit again.
This is a good place to stay in. The staff is friendly, the rooms are comfortable, and the food is nice. Downtown as well as the airport is within easy reach provided you drive or get a ride (the hotel runs a shuttle service). There are also a few shopping centers nearby.
Was there for a conference.....it was nice and clean. If I was visiting from out of town, I would definitely consider staying in this hotel.
This was my last favorite Marriott out out all the ones we've stayed at. The restaurant was ill-staffed for a large group of tennis players in town, the bar was extremely slow, and not very pleasant. Our room was fine. My only complaint was that the shower curtain liner grommets were torn.
For a Marriott, I have higher expectations.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WILL NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY AGAIN...

Nice hotel in a convenient spot for those flying into Mobile & doing business in the area. Many sports teams & other individual athletes stayed there while we were there as well. Amazing staff! Saint Hope checked us in, and he was extremely professional & courteous. Very conveniently located to many restaurants & stores. Only reason I gave it a 4 star over a 5 star is because it shows that it's a older style hotel despite the current renovations going on to try to spruce it up. Hopefully the renovations deal with the room size and older style issues well.
The entrance was clean and employees greeted us immediately. Asked for our name and offered to help with our luggage at midnight. The room was clean and smelled very pleasing
Our room smelled really bad and would not get cool. The power went out and didn't come back on so that brought a medley of problems as well (elevators not working, loud noises coming from the fire alarms from midnight- 3 am spontaneously). I wouldn't be writing this review if they would have offered me any kind of discount or at least sympathy with the issues...girl at the front was actually pretty rude about it. Would never stay here again.

I have been staying at the Marriott's for work all summer and every experience is consistent. All of the staff seem to be happy with their jobs and they wont give you any issues. I always expect a great experience when I am staying at a Marriott. Not because it 'should' be a nice hotel, but because it is a nice hotel with a GREAT staff! Specifically the Mobile Marriott has done well to accommodate me in my stay. I have never seen such a polite staff! I will be staying here again.
The best hotel in the area hands down. It s not downtown but everything else from the staff at the front desk to the bartender is above 5 stars. Can t rate high enough. Definitely download the app and join the rewards program.
