Mobile Marriott Review

The hotel is great and very comfortable. I forgot my suit and a few shirts in the closet and even though they claimed they found it, they never shipped it back to me. After I called back, the staff told me they items were never found...it was very upsetting to say the least...

Good hotel, nice staff ! Perfect for our roadtrip !

It's very comfortable as far as rooming and breakfast, the employees are very professional, polite, and easy to talk to. The bar is a bit expensive, but, then again, it's expected of a hotel. Haven't tried room service or the pool, though.

A little outdated, but solid period would stay again

Currently under renovation, was not told that prior to checking in. The Concierge Lounge was closed, again, not informed.

Good Marriott. Would be 5 stars if updated. Gym was the best I've ever been to at a Marriott property. Would recommend and will return.

We enjoyed our stay and the employees were very helpful. The breakfast was great. Older hotel but everything was good.

room was very clean, beds were comfy and loved that I could cool the room off for sleeping. The wifi was free but was not working. the pool area was nice but the pool needed chemicals as the water was kinda green and cloudy...this hotel offered a great gym however and it was very clean. thought all standard rooms has 2 queen beds but did not they only had 2 full. so a little disappointed at that.

Room was nice but a little run-down. Staff were accommodating and friendly.

Front desk does not understand service. Facility is very old and dingy. Not what you would expect at a Marriott.

Nice clean room. Arrived in the room and set the temperature to 65 to let it cool while I was at work. When I got back that evening my key card didn't work and I had to go to the desk to get it reset. When I finally got into my room it was still 75 degrees. The AC didn't work all night. Very hot in the room.

The front desk was the best, whenever I came in, no matter the time they were always pleasant. The bar downstairs was real nice if i didn't already have plans i would of just stay inside the hotel. The gym was nice also

Double room wasn't large enough for 3 adult's. Had to rent a second room.

Reviews said 3 and a half stars, however I would list it as a 2.

The beds were full size in original room. Not even a pull out totally unacceptable

The remote didn't work, in King room. Both rooms were very small. DEFINITELY

Visited for work....found the breakfast buffet to be exceptional

Friendly staff and clean room but the hotel seems a little dated.

Very good hotel with very great service. Very good traffic and in about 50min you are on the Gulf of Mexico, Orange Beach

The staff were nice and kind, but the room had left over dirty clothes still in it from the previous occupants. Got the vouchers for breakfast, save your money, it's not edible and definitely not worth the 20 bucks a plate. The gravy was so watered down it wouldn't stay on top of the biscuits and the eggs just as runny. Go across the street to Waffle House.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Although our particular room. Room 1111 had a poor bathtub drain, there was a filled tub of dirty water as I stepped out of the shower. I enjoyed the room service, though quite expensive. The dining area was nice. No free breakfast, and it's more expensive than dinner. The pool was nice and heated. Excellent customer service!

I always stay at this hotel. Really comfortable beds, beautiful rooms and spectacular views. Wonderful staff and great customer service!

Everything was great. Front desk clerk to room service. Only issue are no USB ports.

The lobby is beautiful and the room at first glance was as well; it looked like one comes to expect from a Marriott. But then I realized that there was dirt caked on the door jam of the restroom in my room as well as the light switch. We ordered room service and twice they called back that they didn't have what was needed for our order. After dinner we went to the pool... it was green and you couldn't see through the water. We won't be back.

The staff was absolutely friendly and helpful as possible. The Hotel is very easy to get to and has convenient parking. The rooms were tidy and clean.

The hotel was very nice, American Airlines put us up here after our flight was cancelled. It was about 20 minutes away from the airport which I thought was a bit far but the room was nice and clean, fairly large, the lobby looked very nice and classy, they sped us right through the check in and check out process without a single issue

Service was exceptional, rooms were comfortable but the timing of the room attendance was a bit off and our wasn't clean for an entire day but I enjoyed it there, would definitely go back.

It was clean enough and great staff, stayed here for a family reunion. The pool area needs a major upgrade and an on sight laundry for guest other than that it served its purpose.

We had a comfortable stay but there were a few things that were surprising for a Marriott: 1.) The fridge in the room was very tiny and had no freezer compartment, 2.) the shower curtain liner was splattered with dirty water or maybe coffee, 3.) One of the pillows on the bed felt like it had hair on it.

Great room, nice hotel, full amenities, super nice workout area. $50 pet fee, but got the room at a discount so it was a wash.

Great rooms! Easily accessible from the interstate and the rates are quite reasonable.

Hotel is recently renovated and has an outdoor pool, nice gym, and a cute lobby bar/restaurant. Staff is very friendly and engaging. The Concierge Lounge is quaint with decent snacks. Bathrooms are a little small, and the cable service is DirectTV, so it'll go out if it rains. (Thus the 4 star.)

It smells like disgusting rotting garbage with maggots, and like the staff or owner is pumping some kind of perfume into the vents to make it smell better which actually makes it smell worse, because it smells like you think a House of ill repute maybe smells like and it's in the entire place. It gave me the creeps, like the outside look and the name Marriott was covering for something more sinister on the inside. It disgusted me. I found out that the security guy was also the Chef and the Maintenance Man and the Lobby Housecleaning, who cleans the toilets!! Soooo, think about that when ordering your midnight cheeseburgers along with whatever else you may order to that place. Ewwwwweeeee!

Located right next to a mall and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. Check in was easy and my room was perfectly clean.

Great service, clean good rooms. Very nice workout room. They have a pricey restaurant inside the hotel but there is a very nice waffle house across the street and a Wendy's right next door you can walk to.

Nice, clean rooms, good size only drawback no microwave available in rooms but there's one to use in lobby other then that, employees were nice n helpful

Horrible stay at this Marriott. First, I paid for a suite with king and sofa and got a single room with a chair! But that wasn't the worst part... The floor I was on smelt terrible!!! The room doors slammed if you didn't hold onto it while exiting the room. So at midnight I hear commotion outside my door, I get up to look, and it's the guests across the hall yelling at a staff member (I guess something was wrong with their room?) So they left and the staff member kept letting the door slam while he was going in and out of their room!! At midnight!!!! So for 20 minutes I laid in my bed listening to a door slam across the hall. Disrespectful, not worth the money, and the shower.... Oh It's just not worth it! Save your money and go somewhere else!

It was nice place. Thought it be little better being the name of this hotel. Recommend this if you can get a nice deal.

I wasnt theres very long but it seemed really nice.

Arrived late and stayed for a night so I didn't get to see much of the place. Room was clean, sleep was comfortable, and staff was pleasant. Great stay!

No ac vents facing towards bed, bathroom is as big as a closet, beds are hard, tv goes out when rains! Front desk is slow checking in.. Alright area... Would not stay here again!

Somewhat aged hotel but clean on the interior. Ample parking and good reception from staff.

The room was okay ... not what I expect from a Marriott.
There was no "vending" nor ice on my floor even though there was a sign for it.
The sink drain was broken. I had to pull the stopper up and turn it so that the sink would drain.
The tub drain was sloooooow. While showering, I had water over my ankles.
