I received the most beautiful flowers from Moates for my birthday. Absolutely gorgeous!!!!! I will highly recommend!!!!

Ordered a Birds of Paradise tropical arrangement to be delivered within a certain timeframe. Very pleasant to deal with. They didn t have the flowers in stock but they called the supplier to pick them up and agreed to have the arrangement delivered on time. Not only were they early but it was the most beautiful arrangement I have ever seen for that price. I will definitely use them again.

The floral designer, Sandy, is the most talented artist Ive ever seen. She will not disappoint you. Her knowledge of color and spacing is unmatched.

I reached out to you for a same day delivery (which i don't normally do, but considering the circumstances I did). The flowers were delivered the same day and they are absolutely beautiful. I cannot say thank you enough. They were so helpful throughout the whole process. I live out of town and due to travel restrictions from New York to Florida my family and I ran into a stump during this COVID-19 mess, unable to make the funeral of one of our beloved family members, and buying blindly online. Omg... I forgot it was my babysitters birthday today.. It finally hit me at 3pm... I called several of flower shops and they told me it was too late to deliver flowers. Then I seen Moates flowershop.. I called & the owner was pleasant & told me that they can deliver my flowers to my babysitter today... I was super excited, in such a short notice... My babysitter was in tears when she seen the driver hand deliver her beautiful bouquets in a handsome tuxedo.. It was Perfect & Very Classy... Thank you so much... Ya Rock!

I would highly recommend this florist their customer service was amazing and they were very helpful at helping me find the right arrangement for the occasion. Even though I called past the time for same day delivery they were still able to work with me and get the flowers out same day. Susan did an excellent job at wrapping my bouquet. I was stunned at how pretty it turned out to be. In addition, Susan is very skillful at wrapping, there are so many colors you can choose and she'll wrap it all up for you. I recently ordered some funeral flowers from Moates. They were absolutely beautiful and smelled amazing! The lady that I spoke with was very nice and very helpful.
I am in charge of ordering (sympathy, get well, etc.) flowers for my company, and I know I can always count on Moates to deliver beautiful arrangements.

I called Moates late in the day - around 4:00 requesting a delivery to the hospital the same day. By 4:30, the staff at Moates had tracked down patient's first name (which I did not have) as well as the room number, and DELIVERED the perfect arrangement. The family was delighted, and I was impressed with their customer service, willingness to help, and turn around. I will without a doubt be using them again.

I ordered flowers for my daughter who was in the hospital. To our surprise, they released her early. I was in a panick and called Moates immediately so find out what could be done. They were just putting the order on the delivery vehicle and said they would rush it over. It arrived before she was discharged. The Bee Well bouquet was absolutely amazing!! Moates did a wonderful job with our family member's funeral flowers. The arrangements surpassed my expectations; this is the second time that we use them for such sad occasions, but Moates delivered on time and at a reasonable cost.

I sent my wife flowers for our 20th Anniversary. They were probably the most beautiful flowers she has ever received. A week later they look as good as the day they delivered them. Nothing but good things to say about Moates Florist (Tampa).

Moates put together a beautiful bouquet and their team had outstanding customer service at a reasonable price. I will definitely be back.

High priced,for what little they had. Most the time no one is there. And was told they only like doing funeral arrangements more than the other stuff. They did have a clean store,building and parking lot. They are just in the wrong location with the high end business they want to do. Also very short,one way conversation, made me feel like I was bothering them from face chatting and hanging out ( if they were working I could see it ,but not just hanging out gossiping). I won't never go back,but I would tell some associates that are wealthy about them and say only use if last resort or an emergency.

This is my favorite florist and I only deal with these guys when I need flower arrangements. LaJuanda is outstanding as is her staff. I will continue using these guys for any of my floral arrangement needs!

On the positive the service was fast and friendly. I placed my order for my bridal bouquet Friday and picked up Saturday.

I paid just under $50. The bouquet looked a little thrown together. The greens overpowered the flowers. I asked for simple but I feel like I got something anyone could have thrown together. I was hoping for a little more care and attention to detail. My wedding may be small and not planned with weeks or months to spare but it's a special day for me and I had hoped for a bouquet that reflects simple but elegant.

The lady there was so patient and helpful when i wanted some flowers. I press flowers for decor and they have assortments of all kinds! They even can charge by the stem. So you can pick whatever you like. She made two of my bouquets using her own judgements and talents and they were so beautiful! I will be back. I highly recommend this place for just flower lovers.

Contacted this florist to order flowers for my Mom for her 75th birthday. Time got away from me and ordered the flowers the day BEFORE her birthday for a delivery. Well, I ended calling to make sure they knew what I wanted since online orders can go wrong - believe me! Wanda answered and after a few questions, she suggested I let her create something for the money I spent. OH MY GOSH the flower arrangement was STUNNING! nothing like I had envisioned. Thank you Wanda! ... my mom and her family were amazing at the beauty of the arrangement! Will use you from now on!

I called for an arrangement for my niece that had given birth to her first child. I spoke with the owner and asked for a delivery for that afternoon.
She advised it would be no problem. Before I ended the call, I asked for the time of delivery & she would not give a specific time (I should have known then), and she just stated the delivery would be sometime this afternoon. I also told her I want bright vibrant colors - some pinks, yellows- purple because she had a little baby girl. Unfortunately when I spoke with my niece that evening she advised the flowers had not arrived as of that time. I then called the florist shop back and left a voicemail advising to cancel the flowers because she was being discharged the following morning. I reached a recording that advised the shop had closed at 5:00 pm. - (so where was my flowers) I also sent an email advising the same. The flowers finally arrived after 7:00 pm and the arrangement were of pale pink, white with a mint green knit bow. I was very disappointed. I just could not believe the colors of the flowers when so many of the arrangement shown on the website were of vibrant colors and I asked for the same - I thought the florist was very bias in her selections of colors used. First time referral - and last time as a recommendation.
