I rented a condo unit they managed for nearly 6 years. They were always helpful and responsive when any needs or problems arose. The owner decided to sell the condo and Quorum was understanding with the challenges in finding a new location under these difficult times. They allowed me stay an additional month to assist my search. My security deposit was fully refunded when I vacated.
Quorum made it really easy to get into our new place as quickly and efficiently as possible. I am excited to have them as my landlord.
I have been working with Quorum for about a year now as my property manager. Felix is always very helpful, responsive and great at communicating. When he first became my property manager, he did he research to make sure that we were setting the right price point and found a wonderful tenant right away. So happy to be working with Felix and team!
Felix sold my condo quickly. It went above the asking price. When difficulties arose from the lender he helped to straighten it out. I was impressed how he helped me to get it ready for the market as well. I strongly recommend him as a real estate agent.

Jeremy was fantastic! I met him while looking at apartments with a roommate and last minute we decided to go solo and Jeremy worked with me on finding an awesome place in lower QA for a great price, walking distance to everything you could need, and easy 99 access! The location was perfect for me to explore more of the city and get my bearings. This company was always easy to communicate with and I couldn t ask for a more chill living situation! Thanks for everything!
Marcel got our place prepped with his vendors without any hassles, and handled our criteria for screening renters and setting up the rental contract without a problem. He handles all the regular caretakers and provides a nice web-based owner portal to see all the details. He remains responsive to requests since it's been rented, and we're looking forward to a long working relationship!
Run don't walk away from this company. They are in the dark ages and are Luddites. The fellow I spoke with was uncooperative and behaved as though he had no reason to please any customer owner or renter. This is no one I would ever choose to deal with again and hope to never have to. Do not rent from them, or have them manage your building, it can only be a disaster.
Quorum has been my property management group at 3 different locations, I have never had any issues getting my requests answered and maintenance completed in a timely manner.
They recently adopted an online payment program that allows you to access your account from anywhere, making contacting Quorum seamless.
I would definitely recommend Quorum to anyone looking to rent, need management or looking to sell, They do it all.
Note: This has been my personal experience with Quorum Real Estate. I rented at the Boardwalk/Beverly Lake Condos for 7 years. During my time there, Felix Rodriguez, the owner of the above company, was severely unprofessional and seemingly lacked empathy for any concerns I brought to him. Further, this review should be 0 stars.
Here are some examples from my experience:
1. He did nothing to prevent the current system of favoritism of residents created by the Board President as well as other members of the board. This is further exemplified by the fact that the rules of the condo complex were not enforced unless the board disliked someone. If you happened to be in the unfortunate position of being disliked by both the board and Felix, and the resident you had a complaint against was favored by the board then you could count on the complex rules never being enforced.
I tried to go to Felix about a resident of boardwalk condos who was acting in a very drug-induced manner, yelling out his window in the middle of night, every single night. Felix showed his lack of empathy by not even responding to my text message. Then when I emailed him, he pretended to care, only to approximately two/ three days later "take over management" of my unit and tape notices all over my door "to vacate in 60 days" as he claimed the owners of the unit were all of the sudden "selling." This brings me to my next point..
2. He claimed to be the property manager of my unit but during that time refused to communicate at all. Simple requests of him such as: where to leave our keys and what procedure he wanted to follow for moving out were completely ignored. Even worse, when he was advised that provisions of the lease (from the owner of the condo) he was now managing were not in accordance with the Washington law, he again was calloused by not responding at all. His staff are also equally unprofessional behaving by claiming to "know the law better than you."
I have since moved out. And I still have not heard one word from this company, nor have I been told anything about my deposit that based on the lack of Washington law required rental procedures being followed, should be returned. I strongly urge you not to work with this company. Do not rent from a property managed by this company or allow it to sell your property, as you will be treated without respect and in a manner that degrades your humanity.
the WORST PROPOERY MANAGEMENT COMPANY. not even worthy of 1 star. the staff, specifically Kelvin, are RUDE . UNPROFESSIONAL . UNRESPONSIVE . INCOMPETENT . DECEITFUL . Run the other way if you are a renter OR an owner. You will be treated beyond poorly and your property will be managed into the ground. RUN . RUN . RUN the other way!
As a board chair of an HOA managed by Quorum, I'm thrilled with the service Quorum provides. They're able to support us through challenging conversations, manage vendor relationships, and guide our community thoughtfully and with care. They're great stewards of our finances and support for our neighborhood. I highly recommend Felix and his whole team for your property management needs.
The Quorum Real Estate agent Emma Rodriguez is extremely unprofessional, unresponsive and she does not respect her customer's time - and this is an understatement . Emma scheduled time with us to show the property at 1:30 PM, and she decided to tell us that she cannot show the property at 1:25 PM on the same day. It took me 1 hour to get to that place and I had to take a day off. Clearly shows the company values in the people they hire. I highly recommend all homeowners not to list your property with this company.
Worked with Felix the CEO as both a property manager for my condo and as a real estate agent to sell my condo and find another one when it came time to move. Felix really really cares about his tenants and his clients. He works 24/7 for you. My transaction hit a few snags due to the buyer and Felix worked tirelessly to figure them out.
Very positive experience. Closed during Covid19 and there were some difficulties due to office shut downs. Quorum really helped to smooth out the problems.

I called once a month for a place starting in June, and each month Bill told me he would call me if a place opened up. He never did. He didn t owe me that, so I just kept checking and calling myself. He never remembered me.
At the beginning of August Bill told me someone would be moving out but didn t know when. He told me he d call me when he knew. I called August 20th and he still didn t know and that they might not move. He told me to call in September.
I called around September 5th and he told me they were moving out but didn t know when or how much the apartment was...
I called around September 20th, we made a time for me to see the apartment. I finally had the chance to get a 2 bedroom. I saw it, and applied within 20 minutes of seeing it. I make plenty, and have a 720 credit score so I was qualified.
I was the first to see it and apply for it. Since I m qualified I, by law, should have been the person to get the apartment. Look it up.
I called Bill 6 days after I turned in the application, and he told me, It was rented out from underneath you.
I replied, You mean you rented to someone else.
He said, The owner didn t want to change your friend s lease so he could move in with you, so we rented to someone else.
I said, Bill, that was only an ideal situation. I told you I d rent it myself.
Bill said, Well it s gone. Like I told you when you looked at the place, I ll refund you the money for the application. He had mentioned that when I saw the apartment which I thought was odd.
So basically, he broke the law, knew he was going to, and tried to appease me by saying he would refund the application fee. He hasn t refunded it, and it s been over a month.
Side Note:
It took over 2 months for them to fix my friend s door, meaning he was unable to shut the door unless it was dead bolted for over 2 months.
Bill is unresponsive, seemingly lazy, and seemingly doesn't like to take responsibility.
These apartments are nice and cheap for the area.
Renter be warned - you will NOT get your deposit back from Quorum. Upon move out time, they will "nickle and dime" you with a list of expenses - (re-key expense, window wash expense, window blind cleaning expense, a surprise utility bill, carpet cleaning expense and on and on). Renting from a one owner landlord is a much better way to go. They have less overhead and work closely with the renter. This property management company is very stand off ish and was not willing to work with the renter at all. Do not recommend them.
I had no heat for weeks after moving in. Current would blow if not ok in certain outlets. Moved out after five years. You must provide a receipt for pro window blind cleaning. Unlike me, don't bother cleaning, they rip you off. I cleaned better than before moved in but $34 back after deposited $1,000? Utilities are auto from my account but charged $500 taken from deposite? I mailed proof of payment to get $500 charge back with no response after a month. Also dIdn't cut the tree over hanging the house (owner should know I requested multiple times so the roof stays up). The back steps are falling apart as in put your foot through before I moved there. Fixed? Hopefully. I had no oven for six months. Stove worked but oven was broken. Even if you write, they don't fix. Call, nothing. I have an urge to contact the housing authority.
I loved working with this company. Emma and Felix went above and beyond to make my experience as smooth as possible. I am so happy I found this company, I plan to stick with them forever!

I have dealt with three representatives from Quorum, I am fully satisfied with how helpful, respectful and quick they are when responding to my requests. I continuously recommend any one looking to rent or sell their home, none of my friends have been disappointed.

A couple of years ago our self-managed HOA was going under financially due to malfeasance on the part of our board president. Fortunately for us, when we reached out to Felix Rodriguez seeking help, Quorum was willing to step in and represent us when others deemed our dire straits hopeless. Quorum has literally pulled us back from the brink. Our financial situation has greatly improved and our property is in far better shape, pandemic notwithstanding. All of this could not have happened without the personal attention of Felix and his team at Quorum working closely with our board. Quorum has given us back our community, restored and well on our way to recovery. Their caring professionalism and support have earned our eternal gratittude.
I rented Quorum from 2006-2010, I wrote a review to warn would be tenants which is not showing on Google any more because they changed address.
It is my civic duty to warn you that you WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT back. I had as a tenant in my many years of renting, always made it a point of leaving a rental as clean as I found it and getting most of my deposit back. After the final inspection, the agent I was dealing was so impressed by the cleanliness of my unit and even remarked that he would not even have it painted. However, I got only $150 of my deposit back, they kept $500 for made up expenses. I had to go to small claims court to get my money back.
If you do decide to use these agents take before and after pictures and be prepared to go to court.
Just received FIRST EVER collection notice FROM QUORUM REALTY on an outstanding balance over $2400. This is the *first* I've ever heard of it, yet they giving me 10 days to pay, or turn over to Collection Agency. Is this how you run a business? WTF, you guys??

From fixing our yard biweekly to fixing any unexpected maintenance fixtures around the house.
My husband and both have very busy and hectic schedules and often times hardly find time to be available to take care of unexpected maintenance
Felix and his team are very professional and reliable
We trust them enough to come by and take care of our needs even when we were out the country.

Excellent property management company. I have had several years of experience working with Quorum. Working directly as an HOA board member, I have had almost weekly interaction with Felix and his staff. They have always performed professionally with integrity. Our HOA has been fortunate to have this management company guiding us through the legal requirements and helping us with short and long range goals.
Wish I could give less than one star. When I moved in, cabinets were almost ALL painted shut. They paint inside the bathtub which of course started peeling after first use. The floors were horribly finished, doors BARELY close, let alone latch so don't live here if you want any of your doors to close.
The heat has been out on my floor for TWO MONTHS even though I have told them several times, and several units aren't even wired with phone lines anymore. .Hard to get internet working when you don't even have a functional phone line.
They have NO outgoing mailbox and do NOT take online payments, so be ready to wander the neighborhood in search of a mailbox or drive allllll the way to their office. They say they are understanding about rent late due to mail delays, but no. not even a little.
No recycling, is that even legal?
Building itself is always dirty, often find trash and urine on front entry.
Loud as hell, windows let is ALL the cold/hot air no matter what you do.
The only good part about living here? It's at the lower end of over-priced.
DO NOT LIVE HERE.

I lived at a property managed by Quorum for more than six years, and have nothing but great things to say about them. Quorum has managed to find that perfect balance between being available/responsive while maintaining distance and a hands-off feel. It was easy to schedule maintenance and service, as well as easy to get ahold of an actual person when calling the office--but I never felt that they were too present on-site, or breathing down my neck as a tenant. Felix and Karalee both communicated clearly and directly when it came to having workers out at the property; the maintenance people used were always respectful of my time and schedule, and did a thorough and professional job.
Start to finish, Quorum was a fantastic property management company, and I sincerely mean that. I would work with them again in a heartbeat!
Working with Felix to buy this condo was a pure joy. He handled the transaction seamlessly during this very challenging time of doing business.
Quorum Property Management frequently didn t return calls, or couldn t answer basic questions about the property we were renting. It got so bad, that we ended up cutting them out completely and just taking our questions directly to the owner. (I.e. washer broke). Unprofessional. Not effective.
They inherently function as a middleman company that takes a margin from property owners for a subjective service that it doesn t deliver. Property owners should be advised to look elsewhere. As of this writing Qurorum has an average rating below two stars for a reason.

Great place if you like untreated bedbug infestations on multiple floors, obscenely billing options, stolen packages, a puke, feces, and piss covered front and back entry, and the constant smell of smoke and mildew despite guarantees that the building has been cleaned and treated. Oh, did I mention that the heating is broken? Good luck getting through to the office. You'll only hear from them when they're sending you late fees. Say bye bye deposit when you deal with these people.
