Was a very difficult time for us. Mom had been in the hospital and was 100 years old. We were approached by Total Care and decided to try them. By and large was happy with the service received However some of the night care givers sometimes had a hard time staying awake while taking care of mom. We had purchased a bell so that when mom needed help she would ring the bell. Sometimes the person would come and sometimes not. So that was the only real problem that we had. The day time persons were wonderful and very caring. In some cases they prepared lunch for mom. And mom appreciated visiting with them while they were here.

They are very professional; It's been very helpful. They're on time and good at what they do. They're caring. They're very self motivated. They really know what they are doing. They stay on top of everything for me and they help me remember things. They're hard workers. They listen and ask if there is anything I need.

When my dad was in the hospital, Total Care Connections came out to talk with us. They are always personable on the phone. They are extremely nice, and they let me know who the caregivers are going to be. They were able to get a caregiver for my dad at the last minute. I work multiple jobs to take care of my dad, so it's nice to have someone who can take him to the appointments and understand what he is going through. They always joke around with my dad and make him feel comfortable. They don't treat him differently.

TCC has been very helpful to me. I can't do many things without their services. I couldn't get anything done. They get everything done that I need done during the day. My caregiver is here on time and she's very proactive to see what needs to be done.

Total Care Connections works with us around whatever doctors appointments or anything that he might have without any issues. They allow me to leave the house without worrying about my husband being at home alone since he is a fall risk. They are able to help him bathe, they make his meals, and they help clean up after him. They will change appointments if needed, and I feel free to call them at any time about anything. The caregivers are very friendly.

I can't imagine not having the services during these tough times. They have a list of things that they go through for my husband. They are here and interact with him. Whenever I call, they are there, and they answer all of my questions.

My caregiver is wonderful. I have a bad back, so it's hard for me to get my loved one dressed. They help me to make sure my back doesn't hurt anymore. The caregiver gets him dressed, cleans his room, and washes his clothes. The office staff are really friendly. I don't need to tell the caregivers what to do. They see what needs to be done, and they do it.

My caregiver is excellent because she does what I need, and does a good job. She doesn't argue about things and will spend extra time if needed. She goes above and beyond. I'm basically in a wheelchair, so the services help a lot because I'm trying to take care of myself. I have my elderly father living with me, who has Alzheimer's and dementia. It takes pressure off of me while the caregiver is here. The caregiver mops the floor, cleans the bathroom, and makes the bed. I can't do things by myself, so it helps with those things. The caregiver's personality matches well with mine.

While someone I know was interviewing I was in the office waiting for them. I overheard the lady's in the office talking about clients and laughing and talking about private information that anyone in the office could of heard if they had been there. From my experience in just sitting in the office I would not want a loved one under their care having their personal care being talked about so openly. This does not seem like a good company to have your family members looked after.

They're people oriented. I think that they have good quality services, and they really care for their clients. They have good communication, and the overall care is good. It's quality care. They address your needs quickly, they brainstorm and come up with plans that fit the client, and they're
flexible. I appreciate that they care, they are there to do a good job, and they show up.

Total Care Connections is doing a great job! I let them know how far my appointments are, and they send the caregivers here a little earlier to get me there on time. This is the best agency I have had experience with. They come in, put my walker in the car, and get me in the car, too. They are good! Some of them treat me like I am their mother. I would have thought I was one of her kids. I was amazed and couldn't have asked for better. She went out of her way to help me without me having to ask her.

I like the staff because they are super friendly, and the admin staff is very attentive. Also, they are good with any requests that we've had. The care that they provide is a big help, the main thing that they help with is making up for me and my sister when we're at work, but they also help with feeding the client and helping him in the bathroom.

The caregivers have been absolutely amazing with my father and the communication with me from the office has been on point. I don't ever have to worry about changing his schedule. They reach out to me well beforehand. On the days they are here, I don't have to go over there until the late afternoon because he is taken care of. They are very capable! I love it! It gives me peace of mind. If they see anything that is wrong or has changed since the last time, they talk to me about it and let me know. They even let me know if his mental status has changed or if it is a rough day. I couldn't ask for anything better.

I think the person Total Care Connections sends is very in tune with my loved one's requirements. When she is finished with what he needs, she helps me with household chores. She helps me with laundry and dishes. She is very helpful. She shaves him. She helps him get dressed. She will take him for walks. Sometimes she will sit outside and talk with him. She helps him shower. If there is situation where she can't make it, they go out of their way to find someone else for me. They always let me know what is going on. She is willing to listen. She does whatever it takes to fulfill his needs.

Total Care Connections always help me out when I need them to. I don't have to worry about taking care of myself like I used to, it makes it easier. My caregiver acts like my friend instead of just someone working here. My caregiver has a great personality! The office staff let's me know what is going on and if the caregiver is running late.

They are on time and courteous over the phone if I have to call or if someone is going to be late. The work is excellent. They are such a blessing to me, the house, and my loved one. The house is clean, which gives me more time. They have patience with my husband. He can talk with them, and it settles him down. They are good with him. It makes him feel important. They are good with him because they know he is the main job, and they are there for him. They are one on one with him. They ask him if he wants to eat, and they are personal. They are good with him in the bathroom, and they keep him clean. They'll even exercise with him and make him move.

The people were fine as providers. Reduced a star because they were both late 15 minutes or more in arriving - It was a new destination for both so ..just hadn't started soon enough but were prompt in returning. Therefore time of service was reduced.

I like that Total Care Connections has been good about providing caregivers, and my father loves them. They are good with helping my father shower and keeping him in better spirits. I like that the caregivers are all local, so they can have things to talk about. My appreciates that they are caring.

No kind things to say about this company. You make $22 an hour but ONLY see $10 if that. Worst place to work. Liers, cheaters and evil to say the least. They don't even deserve one star. This company is horrible, GO FIND ANOTHER COMPANY FOR YOUR LOVED ONES.

Horrible company! Caregiver are very unprofessional and so is the office staff. Staff would come and go as they pleased, bringing family to my home which is a HIPPA violation. Staff never in proper dress code. We had our father on the do not transport list and they would take him out every day. Turns out the caregiver was having my dad buy her lunch everyday she came. Office staff doesn't care when you voice any concerns.

I chose them because it was suggested to me, when I came out of the hospital. They really care, and they are really on top of things. The people that they send are just outstanding because they care about me and have an interest in how I am doing. They match perfect with me. I appreciate their one-on-one type service and like how they care on an individual basis.

If I take a day off, they move it to another day.
