Beautiful place. Food was excellent. Staff kept my appearance as a surprise guest a secret and they asked enjoyed it.

looks fantastic, large carpark, went for meeting in one of suites, only there for 15 minutes. did not use any facilities

Clean rooms, great canal views and excellent room service. However, the air conditioning unit in our room leaked profusely. Not something that could be quickly fixed and so had to be suffered.

Service excellent. Lovely setting. Main course (roast) cold.

Attending a wedding. The setting and scenery was breath takingwithe the lake and the canal tothe rear. The evening buffet was very good, the staff were accommodating of my allergies; being very kind.

Shocking service, so embarrassed and upset for my parents Golden Wedding Anniversary. Young waitress tried to help so one star.

Great place. Organised an important business meeting there and wasn't disappointed.

Overpriced for the quality of food we have been served on several occasions.

I didnt stay in this hotel i had breakfast. I ordered toast for 4, a pot of tea, a hot chocolate and 2 coffees. Ths hot chocolate came with marshnallows and im vegetarian so i couodnt have them. The rea had no milk in it and we should each have had four slices of toast when only 2 had 4

Always get a warm welcome and good food from The Most House. Lovely place.

Poor meal most of it was cold and waiting on staff had no manners. Had to ask for coffee to be served to guest's several times on arrival.

Attended friends wedding which was fantastic. Great staff nothing too much trouble, beautiful location and food was excellent. We had dinner evening before, wedding breakfast, evening buffet and breakfast. Everything we ate was delicious. The room however was old fashioned and had a funny smell to it. It was also dusty in places. Other guests rooms were beautiful and the same price which was a little annoying. We did have a wonderful view overlooking water way.

Silly system to get a bath or shower,I thought it was broken. Worst beans I have ever tasted,even aldi's would have made my breakfast just about OK.

Has really good food it seems, and is a very clean and tidy well kept building, with exceptionally friendly and warming staff running it, both kitchen and front of house.

Lovely location.great building next to a canal .outside area with own duck pond with ducks coots and more. Saw a heron sat on lily pads waiting for breakfast!!.
Would be a great wedding venue (think it already is)

We had a lovely lunch here with a cocktail each we enjoyed ourselves so much that we stayed for 5 hours!!!! Staff very welcoming & happy for us to sit & chat

Lovely food. We went on Thursday's grill night. Great, attentive, friendly service.

A nice hotel to stay at for travellers with a pond and ducks right by it. A few small things we noted - we were told by the receptionist that there was strictly no check in before 2PM so we had to wait around. A wedding was also going on so it was noisy until the early hours of the morning. Finally, it is very close to the motorway so there is always noise.

Other than that, a decent stay.

We visted for a wedding. Great food. Great staff and great service. Only issue is the drinks are a tad expensive at the bar.

My son's prom night flown in by helicopter great venue for special ocasions lovely setting.

Fantastic location, great facilities, very friendly staff. Food to die for and immaculate service. We've been there number of times and it's always perfect. Highly recommended.

We visited today for lunch and found the Service excellent, we were given time to have a drink outside in the Sun and weren't rushed for choosing food. Once we'd ordered, the delivery was prompt and the quality of the food was first class.

Gorgeous meal in a lovely location! The meal in the restaurant was delicious, the staff friendly and polite. Eating at the Moat House is a delight, topped off with a fabulous gin cocktail!

Slow service was quickly rectified by the manager upon bringing to his attention.

We went for traditional Afternoon Tea and the food was lovely. Some other customers there had the Gentleman's Afternoon Tea which looked lovely too. The location is beautiful. However the service let it down unfortunately and it wasnt just our table that experienced that. With their reputation it should have been better.

Excellent visit for afternoon tea. Fabulous experience. The service and quality of food was very good. Would have liked a Darjeeling tea or similar. B'fast tea only non herbal tea. On a par with the many afternoon teas I have had at Brown's in London.
