Great Service! Team Placement was recommended by a friend of mine a while back. This company has been wonderful in looking for temporary jobs for me as needed on days that I am available just to keep busy. Everyone has been wonderful at this company they have been very able to accommodate me when I was unable to come in immediately for an interview I was able to face time to begin with and with my face to face Interview I was able to come in first thing in the morning to meet with Sandra before they open. I really enjoy working with Team Placement.

Horrible, unprofessional temp agency. As an employer, in my opinion, I've received nothing but rudeness unprofessionalism. I would stay clear of this temp agency. There are plenty out there. Notice all their reviews are not from customers.

Have been using Team Placement for 3 months now, first as dental assistant at end of hygiene school then dental hygiene after my licenses came in. Love that you can pick your days to work and variety of locations. Job confirmations sent with all details of office and contact info. Looking forward to working with them into 2020!

Worked for Team Placement in 2018- met my life long friends that were also doing the program and had an experience of a lifetime. I needed a change and when I started working in VA my life changed for the better. Pay is great, especially the houses that Team Placement provides. If you re up for going out of your comfort zone I would recommend trying this temp agency!! P.S. I m from Kansas and traveled all the way out to VA for this job and do NOT regret it!!

I am a dental practice manager for an office that is in a hard area to find a temp for and I am so thankful to have Crystal Porter as my area rep!! She is so friendly everytime we talk even when I throw out last minute requests. She works hard to find me a temp and keeps me constantly in the loop about whats going on. I would recommend this company to anyone in my area and Crystal Porter..you're the BEST!!!

We are using Team Placement at my work place to fill some Hygiene positions, our rep Iris have been excellent to work with from the moment we contacted Team Placement!!! AAA+++ to work with this agency. It will be our to go agency from now on.

Everyone I have dealt with at Team Placement has been very helpful and nice. Although I was off to a slower start as far as filling my days go, they have been able to find me good temp opportunities as they present themselves. And the payroll services are very straight forward as well. Dependable company, would recommend.

I'm not sure if its because of the pandemic but they do not have any hygienist to fill orders in the past 6 months! there is also always something wrong with their accounting. Most of their reviews are from employees not company's who are looking for staff. If you are a company looking for staff this is not the right place

I ve been using team placement for about 3 years now and can honestly say I believe they are the best in the area! From planning coverage, to last minute coverage needs they ALWAYS come through! Crystal is amazing with getting all records needed for temps to work in your office and Glenelle is amazing at filling request ASAP! Thank you guys so much for your years of service! High recommend them.

As a current employee I would like to share my experiences so far, management really care about staff about timesheet , time managing , responsive . Crystal and Martin Are My fave. They both very helpful and know your values . Both are nice, understanding and caring supervisors that I've ever seen.

I've been with teamplacement for over a year. I've done their travel and Gold program. Their travel program helped me travel and see a new places. The travel program provides housing and you live with roommates. I lived in a 4 bedroom house in a nice neighborhood. So my roommates ranged from 1-3 at times. You meet people from all over and I was able to make instant friends living with people who are in the same profession. I found love and really liked the location so I moved out and transfered to their Gold program for people who permanently live in the area. I'm grateful for all the experiences which helped me grow as a person, connections in this profession, and the friends I made.

I loved working for Team Placement Services. My schedule was always full and I was able to travel to a variety of locations. The communication with the company was always great and I would highly recommend working with them. Also loved the flexibility with taking days off.

Working within the cooperate office in Alexandria was quite the experience. The company truly has potential, but suffers due to those in leadership roles. They compare themselves to a start up company yet they have been in business for over 35 years. Managers do not do a great job at guiding their team towards success. The son who is now the owner of the company lacks professionalism and is extremely arrogant whilst providing terrible leadership. Lastly, there is not much room for growth, benefits aren t great, and they do not match 401k. This is a good place for new grads trying to get their feet wet. Apply at your own risk.

Great Staffing and Quality Services. Employees are friendly and awesome. Ms. Crystal is awesomeness and Rocks she is an all star employee!!!!! Our Dental office uses them all the time and we are always pleased with the temps that are sent to the office; dependable and hardworking. We always recommend Team Placement to all the offices we know in need of help. Great Team work! Would refer anyone in need of temp work to them and anyone in need of temp! Star quality service!

I worked with team placement a few years back, I lived in their northern Virginia house and loved it.
We had consistent work and were paid decently. If you re considering moving to a new area as a dental hygienist, Team Placement is a great way to start out and know an area. I found my first permanent hygiene job through them (and I m still there so it was a great fit!)

I had a an amazing experience working for team placement. As part of their travel program I got to explore a new area while living in safe provided housing making great money. They really go above and beyond for their employees. I felt valued throughout my entire employment with them. I would highly recommend working for this company.

Crystal Porter is hands down the BEST!! Always available, returns emails and texts, consummate professional and supportive! I ve been a member of several staffing agencies thanks to my military family, but she s the best by far.

Working within the corporate office was very frustrating, I was constantly being undermined and disrespected. Upper management are bullies and they are not organized as well as practice is unethical behavior. There is very high turnover for it to be such a small office and upper management does not like to take accountability when the team is under performing. Instead of rolling up their sleeves to support the team and allow them to grow an learn they are pointing fingers and talking down to the staff. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever worked at. Note to management take care of your staff and your staff will take care of you.

The people here are fantastic! Some of the most helpful and supportive individuals I have ever encountered when looking for a job. Iyesha in recruiting gave me a pleasant interview while Iris hooked me up with wonderful temp opportunities around the DC metro area. Betty, the owner, will bend over backwards to get you a permanent placement and won't stop looking until she's found a perfect fit for you. I truly love this team!!!

I loved this program! I learned so much from all the different offices I worked at and my confidence grew tremendously. You learn to be flexible and work with all sorts of different equipment. I highly recommend joining the Travel Program with Team Placement. I promise that you will become a better hygienist in the short term you work for them!
