Rude managers, unhelpful and unwilling to assist customers with issues or questions. Everything in the store is extremely overpriced when compared to Bunnings or online prices. Both times I have been here I was disappointed in the attitude of the senior managers when I asked for assistance. There will not be a third time! The best way these jokers can improve is to just go out of business and let a more up to date hardware chain take over. Bunnings offers much better service, prices and range. Game Over!
