Avoid!!!! I bought a mower which has three years warranty. It broke during the first use after ten min! Took back to the store the next day. It took me two weeks to get a refund. The store manager never called back, I'd to chase him. Refund was only offered after I called the Mitre 10 head office. I was assisted by a Very nice customer service lady who got the store manager to do the right thing and offer a refund. I will never visit this store again. Back to Bunnings for their excellent custom service.
