Extremely poor service here by this place... After...

Extremely poor service here by this place... After large payment on ordered materials, had to keep chasing them weekly for 2 months. Promised to call, never did! Wow, gave me free delivery which turned pearshaped.
Upon delivery, driver accidentally damaged property with truck, then it takes 10+ phone calls to management and 6+ weeks to get small payment to repair. Manager promises call backs but never received 1, then goes on holidays instead.
Absolute worst service I ve seen in many years. Reckon I ll stick with Bunnings!
