In and out in 39 min for unloding block. Its har to find the guy who unload. But then he comes , he does the job

Fast unloading but theres a old guy at the receiving department it seems like his always having a very bad day so hope u enjoy the rest of the day and be lil more nicer and also learn how to deal with different people every day.

As an employee this company is sincerely interested in being around for a great deal of time. Management is interested in having high standards with work completion and understands that overhead happens. Work pace is steady and not rushed to provide a positive attitude to foster better results. The production floor in all places is clean for a foundry!

Once you actually find the guy he is very quick with unloading

If delivering aluminum come in driveway, follow curve to the left, and look straight ahead for dock door 21. Check in at man door in the middle of the building. Just inside doorway look to the right push green on button to sound an alarm notifying that there is a driver at the door. Don't turn the alarm off until someone has came to see you. Otherwise you will stand there forever... 4 stars for overnight parking. Would have given 5 stars if I didn't have to wait to be unloaded. They're a 24 hour facility. So there is no excuse why I didn't get unloaded immediately. Was told I need to wait for next shift to unload me...

Simply an employer worried about nothing but padding their own pockets, not a care in the world to employees well-being or health. The pay and benefits for this line of work is laughable at best.

Not at all impressed with this place. I had applied to the Maintenance position. I interviewed, met with the man in charge of the maintenance department and went on a plant tour. Afterwards he had said he liked what he saw, I had the background and the skill set to perform the job. Not only that, I was already familiar with the aluminum foundry setting and was the only applicant willing to work the 2nd shift requirement. After a week went by I emailed HR inquiring about the status of my interview. She "hoped to have an answer soon" Okay, cool. Nearly 2 more weeks go by.. can't get an answer to my phone calls or even a return phone call from my voice messages. Gives me the impression they're very unorganized, unprofessional and just all around a mess. Not impressed. No longer interested in the position.
Update: they finally called back. Offered me a wage so low it was insulting.

The receiving department is very unhappy with his job. Very rude! He needs to find a job where he doesnt deal with people .

Fast loading friendly people. But this place is huge and signs mean nothing when it s a ghost town and paperwork doesn t say which door to come too and it s after business hours. Was really hard to find where to go without a number to call

just a dirty, dangerous job. not a career in the slightest. low pay. almost no benefits to match. not everyone is treated equally...
