Very nice facilities, beach right in front of the hotel

It is perfect, the room is spacious, it has a very nice bathroom, the bed is very comfortable, large and soft. The balcony has a great view. The first day I entered the room there were sweets and fruit on the table. I highly recommend it and it is very good for families. Also its price for suite and so many days was excellent.

I found the hotel and the surroundings to be quite nice. However, the issue of the staff was disheartening. Many of them seemed hard pressed to offer a smile or a welcome hello. My husband and I stayed there Sept 17-20. I felt the most uncomfortable during our only dinner there with the unfriendliness of the waiters. I will however give a great review to the young man with the black glasses who stood in the buffet section and gave a nice greeting each time. I guess he took his job seriously. Also the young lady who sat at the entrance was quite friendly and helpful. My advice to this hotel would be to groom your staff how to interact with visitors.

Very good hotel. Excellent sea view, good service and kind staff. The rooms are the classic size of a hotel, neither small nor large. The sea in the bay in front of the hotel is spotless and does not easily make a big wave! Opposite the hotel are the Spetses!

You cannot use the beach chairs unless you are staying at the hotel. You can only use chairs that are located far from the sea

Excellent service, lots of activities to do including sports like beach volley and tennis... Also amazing food!!!!

The reception staff is unhelpful and gives inconsistent information. The beach is Just ok. The quality of the breakfast is really mediocre. Coffee tasted like bleach, croissants are uneatable. No real fresh fruit just super sweet syropy fruit salad. Families with small children prefer the hotel so it is quite noisy. The things I liked were the rooms (I took the room with mountain view which proved to be quiet). Housekeeping does a great job with the daily cleaning. A la carte restaurant had tasty options for lunch. Nothing to do around the hotel. They have a shuttle bus to porto heli but it stops at 20h so you are obliged to take a taxi on your return. If you are thinking of using this hotel as a base to discover spetses and hydra islands, dont. Just book a hotel - 2 days at spetses and 2 days at hydra, you ll be far better off.

Nice hotel with a few old rooms. It is in a very nice location and has a great package. It is suitable for children.

The facilities are very good, renovated. Good food with variety. And personal very professional behavior. The beach is relatively small but beautiful. Very well organized for families with children (it was the majority of the tenants). Lots of noise in restaurants especially because of the kids. There were no mosquitoes anywhere (they had probably taken measures).

Like the AKS porto heli sibling, the hotel is large and has many rooms. It is quite clean and the staff is more than friendly. Maybe a little outdated decoration and food. One click more luxurious than the first. 4.5 stars.

Very good hotel for 4 stars !!! Other hotels in the same area with 4 stars, are far from this !!! The spacious rooms are very nice and clean, the common areas are comfortable and clean !!! The food is very good, whatever we tried !!! (The only thing that bothered me was the very nice cats that were circulating on the veranda of the restaurant, while for the customers it was forbidden for the pets to be both clean and vaccinated .....
We saw them eating from dishes that the waiters had not picked up from some tables)

Do not use the pool. You have increased the chlorine and the friction on the textured tiles causes problems. It is a pity to have my child with second degree burns because of your problematic pool. I am writing the comment here because when we complained to the reception, we received formal answers. Pity!

I have been coming back every year for 30 years. Nice beach in a protected bay. Very family place. It only lacks enough to rent windsurfing or dinghy.

Charge 20 / set and in a space 20m away from the sea for the customers outside the hotel as if they will not leave money, thanks to them they will do it !!!

Very small elevator. Dirty swimming pool. Medium restaurant. During the other nice rooms, nice view, nice beaches. For 4 stenos, fine.

Only choice. The recent renovation gives him more points. Its location is enchanting. Undoubtedly the best choice for accommodation in Porto Heli.

An excellent hotel for guaranteed good family vacations!

+ The beach is great. Clear blue waters and fine sand. The beach has sand in front and lawn in the middle and back. Brilliant idea.
+ The staff is really fantastic. From maids to cooks and waiters. The staff made a very positive impression on us.
+ Rooms are large, clean and comfortable.
+ There are activities for children morning and afternoon / evening.
+ The food is quite good. Many choices daily in appetizers, salads and especially meals. It's not the best food you can find, but it's good.

Things that need attention:
- Prices for food / coffee / drinks in areas outside the restaurant are a bit stingy. If you reduce them a little, you will have more consumption.
- There are not many things for fun at night, except the bar above the pool. There is room, you can add other options.

Overall we had a great family vacation and will definitely be back!

We came to this beach from a nearby hotel several times. Clear water, good views. An ideal place for snorkeling, there are a lot of different fish near the rocks. The sand is clean. The pool is not big and mainly for children. There are two bars, one in the hotel and one on the beach.

Excellent hotel, super breakfast, half board! The perfect sea! I was completely satisfied.

The hotel is right on the beach of Chinitsa. The beach has sand. Unfortunately, the umbrella / sunbed set in the gas station costs 20 and is for visitors. For the set put on the sand of the beach is private only for hotel guests. There are only a few beach vacancies for your umbrella

Ok for a swim, but you have to pay for the sun beds. The beach is cute

Really great! From the rooms and their comfort, the pool, the beach, the restaurant ... infinite amounts of food. Polite personnel. We went for three days and in combination with the good weather that allowed the dives it was wonderful. Very close to the points for excursion to water and seeds.

We booked two rooms for two people and finally one person could not come ,so we talked with the booking department and they told us that we would not pay the taxes because of this fact.. when we arrived at the hotel we informed them about this fact so that it would be arranged till the time we check out.. the next day , when we did the check out The same reception staff (two women) not only did not informed the manager but also were impolite .. so we paid the extra money !
the rooms were ok so did the higyene of the hotel ... but I would not suggest it to other people cause it was not a good behaviour of the staff ..

Very nice place, clean, with Fantastic views to the bay . From there easily you hop on on the little boats for daily trips to the surrounding isles.I recommended it .

Nice 5 star hotel but the personnel have to learn manners...!

I visited the place only for bathing. Incredible beach. Also accessible for guests. Umbrellas and sunbeds are for hotel guests only. Sandy, crystal clear, shallow, I highly recommend it for families with small children.

Great location. Very good organization of the beach with plenty of umbrellas - sunbeds at a relative distance from each other. There are umbrellas on the beach and on the lawn. The hotel is clean, the staff is very polite, the view is fantastic. Rich breakfast. Very close to Portocheli and almost next to Costa. Ideal for families with children 0

Flawless facilities, helpful staff, good breakfast and magnificent views. If you can afford it, be sure to go.

Very nice place, helpful staff but a big downside is that it has central heating with one channel. Which means it's about to be the most delusional time of the year, as well. As a result, some people get cold and others get hot.

The hotel was very clean, with a nice view from the balcony, nice beach, the service from the staff polite and fast, the food quality and delicious, because we were happy we will visit you again next year.
