To be a 5 star reception staff and spa leave much to be desired, not so the masseurs, the rooms are fine but all do not meet the announced m2, breakfast of very good quality but little variety, the staff that manages it very attentive , from the last time I was to this one it shows a big drop especially in the reception, I do not know if I will return
